Homag Processing Center, Model BAZ 32/50/K The Homag BAZ machine is a routing, edgebanding, finishing and boring center with CNC control for the production of smaller batch sizes according to specific customer and production requirements. Machine Base Machine bed for mounting movable column in heavy duty, sturdy construction with compact linear multiprofile guidance system. Moveable column with pre-tensioned rack and pinion gear (free from backlash) and digital AC-servo motor for positioning in X-direction. Cross support for mounting unit carrier with linear multi-profile guidance system, pre-tensioned rack and pinion gear (free from backlash) with digital AC-servo motor for positioning in Y-direction. Unit carrier for mounting processing units with linear multi-profile guidance system, ball screw spindle and digital AC-servo motor for positioning in Z-direction.
