John Stephenson May 9-12, 2014 Asilomar Class Asilomar Conference Grounds, Pacific Grove, CA This four-day Asilomar Class gives us a wonderful opportunity to gather in quietness, confidence and love with others who treasure the mystical way of life, and to be open and receptive to the impartations and activity of Spirit. The recommended preparation for this class is the book Awakening Mystical Consciousness. By maintaining the word of God, the promise of God, in our consciousness, will harmony, peace, and health be brought forth into expression in our experience. We are then no longer in the tomb of humanhood. We have risen to the mystical consciousness of Oneness. Asilomar Room Reservations To make a room reservation in our room block, please complete the enclosed Asilomar Reservation Form and return it directly to Asilomar by mail, fax, or email. The Asilomar staff handles all room reservations, so please direct questions to our reservations coordinator, Pat Kauffman, at 831-642-4218. Asilomar does not finalize reservations over the phone, but the staff is happy to take your call to answer questions and work with you on special requests. Please submit your Asilomar Reservation Form by April 9, 2014. Reservations made after April 9 will be subject to availability. Please read the Asilomar Reservation Form carefully so that you understand the cancellation policy. If you intend to stay at Asilomar, we encourage you to make your reservation in our room block. Asilomar requires that we commit to booking a specific number of rooms, and there are financial penalties if we do not meet that commitment. Also, the charge for our classroom is built into the rates for our room block, so if we do not book the committed number of rooms, there is an additional charge for classroom rental. Booking your room in our block helps us fulfill our commitment and avoid additional expenses. We appreciate your taking these factors into consideration when making your plans. Room rates are shown on the enclosed Asilomar Reservation Form and include three meals each day. The first included meal is dinner on Friday, May 9. The last included meal is lunch on Monday, May 12. If you plan to stay at Asilomar for additional nights before or after the class, you can use the Reservation Form to book those dates at the rates given on the form. If you prefer vegetarian or gluten-free meals, or if you require accessible lodging, please note your request in the Special Requests section of the housing form. Asilomar has rooms with accessible features, and the site has accessible parking spaces. Asilomar also offers a jitney service for transportation assistance around the grounds. The Kiln meeting room and the adjacent rest rooms are fully accessible. (Over)
- 2 - Class Registration and Tuition Tuition for the class is $250. Tuition is payable when you check in at the class registration table, so you do not have to pay in advance. The Class Registration form helps us forecast the attendance and plan accordingly. You can return the form by mail, email, or fax. Location of Class Room and Sleeping Rooms The map below shows the location of the Kiln Room, where the class will meet. There is underground Parking directly below the Kiln Room with elevator access to the meeting room and the housing units. Our room block is in the Fireside housing area, conveniently located near the Kiln Room. Every room has a fireplace and a small deck with chairs. Most rooms have a woodland view. If you prefer a different room location on the Asilomar grounds, you can request it by talking to Pat Kauffman at 831-642-4218.
