I am responsible for two major development projects, and one big part of my job is to manage people. My first professional experience I gained working on digital circuit design - now I centrally steer the development process of a chip. I started with a traineeship in 2004. I worked as a process engineer and soon combined this with further studies. I am now in my third year of an extra-occupational study programme at the University of Applied Sciences of Carinthia and use my newly acquired skills to implement various engineering projects, some of which I initiated at Uni. I am now a maintenance manager in lithography and my responsibilities continue to be diverse and challenging.
