A PCC is perfect to invite your top 10 friends & family to get exposed to your new business or to those who couldn t make it to your PBR, and those who live too far away to come to you this gives you the opportunity to bring the information to them. How you do it: Your expert will help you acquire a number and a pin to give to your guest at www.freeconferencecall.com. Always invite 3 times more people than you expect to actually show up on the call (invite 30 to get 10 on). If your expert is not available, 3 WAY OR BRIDGE THE CALL TO 518-530-1699. Double your attendance: If you want to DOUBLE your PCC attendance, rather than just planning to do one, plan to do two on the same day. Here s why. Some people may not be able to make it on a call during the day, but can in the evening, and vice-versa. Or, perhaps someone can make it on a call at 7 p.m. but not at 5 p.m. So when planning your PCC, plan two! There s no rhyme or reason to when you should plan your two PCC s, as long as they are both on the same day. That way when you are inviting your prospects on the call, you can say for example, I ll be doing two calls on Thursday, one at 11 a.m. and one at 7 p.m. Which one works better for you? By doing this, you will literally double the number of people who show up on your PCC! How To Invite People to Your PCC Below is a suggested script to use when calling your prospects to invite them to join your PCC. Feel free to adjust it slightly as needed to make it more you, and more appropriate for the different people you are inviting. Many people talk differently to their closest friends than they do to their co-workers, for example. Here s a few bullet points that will help you invite more successfully. * Be enthusiastic, but not over the top. * Express a sense of urgency (i.e. I ve just got a minute...). * Make the invitation. * Get a commitment to one of the two times. * Text or have them to write down the conference call number as well as the PIN. * Get off the call, and call someone else. (He who lingers, loses).

PCC Invitation Script Hey, I glad I caught you, listen, will you be free around (1 st PCC time) or (2 nd PCC time) today? (Wait for which time is best for them) Ok, great! I`m doing two private conference calls today because I just partnered up with a company that s going through a lot of growth right now and I was fortunate to have one of the executives with the company that`s available and I want you to hear what I`m doing now plus, It will only take about 20 minutes. So, can I count you to dial in to the call at (their agreed time to get on) and it would really mean a lot to me? (Their response).ok, great I`ll text you the number right now. Thanks! (If your PCC times are not good for them, ask When is a better time?.9 pm? That`s fine, we`ll have a special one at that time as well! Remember: You`re using a 24hr pre-recorded call. Once you get a commitment, do the following: 1. Ask them to put it in their calendar or to set an alarm on their phone, and suggest they jump on a few minutes early so you can start on time. 2. Give them your conference number and the Member ID number. 3. Thank them. 4. Make your next call. 5. Ten minutes before your call, send a reminder text with the conf call# 6.Dial in 5 minutes early. 7. Personally welcome all the friends you ve invited, ask for their name as they call in, tell them you are glad they could join in, and that the call will start at (the designated time) sharp! When it s time to start, mute the line to avoid any background noise (*5) and remove the chimes (*8). Then start the call with: Your introduction Everyone, thank you so much for taking 20 minutes of your time to learn about something I m very excited to share with you. You all know me, and you know I ve been struggling with (lack of money, lack of time your personal story), which is WHY I decided to partner up with this business I see this company as a vehicle to help me change my situation. So, it important to me that you re on the line to at least understand what I m doing. Now I d like to introduce you to (expert), who is helping to lead the national expansion of our incredible company. (Expert) knows all the facts, and has earned a lot of money and is having FUN doing it. What I like most is how much (expert) loves to help people, which is why he/she has taken their time to help me today. Mr/Ms, I`ll pass it to you! (Or hold while I bridge the call into Mr Self.) The speaker will quickly share their story then, merge in the PCC recording 3 WAY OR BRIDGE THE CALL TO 518-530-1699. At this point, (call everyone back individually WITH YOUR EXPERT)that were on your PCC that same night and 3way them into an expert to get questions answered, ask for their level of interest and enroll those who are ready.

How To Do a 3 Way Call Go to www.teamdreamstreet click on the How to`s for How to DO A 3 WAY AND EDIFY How to Set Up 3-way Call Now that you know why to do a 3-way call, let`s discuss how to set up the 3-way call. Before returning calls to prospects, send a text message to your sponsor or support team to make sure they are available to take a 3-way call. With a member of your support team on standby, call your prospect who has been to your hub site, a 3 minute sizzle call 518-530-1390 conference call 518-530-1699 or www.acareerchange.info. After a brief greeting and a discussion about their survey answers, you ask: You: So what did you like best? {If they say It was ok, test them a little by asking:} You: OK, so it sounds like you re not really interested in this? Am I reading you right? {If they indicate that they are not interested, let them off the hook... fast!} You: No problem, but how do you know that can use what you just saw and learned about? {If they say yes, they are interested, you can bring them back into the conversation by asking} A prospect who says they are a 6 or above are great candidates for a 3-way call. 4 or below are not. For 5 s and below, you can simply get them more information and set a time for a follow up.) Move on with 6 s and above. You start-up the 3-way call by saying: Connecting the 3-way Call with your expert You know, one of the things I love about this business is the incredible support we have. I want to introduce you to one of the people who s helping to lead the national expansion of our company. He s doing incredibly well in the business, knows 100% of the facts and is a lot of fun, but most importantly, he s down to earth and loves helping people. Hold on one second, let me see if I can get him on the line. (Do not ask for permission. Just do it.) At this point, press the add a call button on your phone and dial the number of the person who will be doing your 3-way call for you. Let s say that persons name is Joe Expert and your prospects name is Mary In a 3-way environment, always refer to your support team as Mr. or Mrs. Here s how that conversation would go. Mr/Mrs. Expert: Hello? You: Hi Mr/Mrs. Expert. I ve got my good friend, Mary, on the other line. She just watched the video. She s an 8 out of 10. She s a nurse and really wants to be a stay at home mom. Also, she s married and has 3 kids and lives in Riverside, California. Mr/Mrs. Expert: Great! Let s do it! You merge calls button and now you are all on a 3-way call! You: Hey Mary. I ve got Mr/Mrs. Expert on the line with us. Mr/Mrs. Expert, this is my friend Mary. Your job at this point is to be quiet, listen, take notes and learn. The goal is not only to get your prospect in the business or to the next step in the process, but also for you to learn how to do 3-way calls for others. And that, is all about 3-way calls.

Calling Your Warm Market Use this when calling someone you know. Be excited! Let your sponsor/executive Director know you are making calls so that they can be on standby for 3 ways, Hi (Prospects Name), Glad I got a hold of you I ve only got a minute, but I found an exciting new project I m working on and I d like to run some info past you It s probably not for you but I could really use your input I just need about 15-20 min besides we haven t seen each other in a while anyhow When would be a good time this week to get together? (prospect What is it?) It s very visual like a puzzle, difficult to explain on the phone and I really need to show you. Again don t worry, it may or may not be for you anyhow, but I know after you SEE this you ll have a better understanding of how you could help me out. Thanks. Which would be better, today or tomorrow? I can stop by your house? Or Starbucks down the street? Which is best for you?

How to invite & host your Private Business Reception Go to www.teamdreamstreet click on the How to`s for HOW TO HOST A PBR Read & practice several times before you make the call. Be natural, be yourself. Put this script into words that sound like you. Write it down. Go over it with your success coach. Practice it first! (Memorize and Say it just like this! Don t try to change or reinvent the system!! It works! Your first one is always a TEST RUN DO NOT TEXT YOUR GUEST TO INVITE THEM! PICK UP THE PHONE & CALL THEM! Hey (Their name)_, This is_(your name)_, How are you? Great! I have been meaning to get in touch with you. Do you have a second? Listen, do you have any free time tomorrow around 7pm? Great! I just partnered up with a company that's going to help me to reach my financial goals much sooner than later. I wanted to know if I can count on you to attend my Private Business Reception at my home on night at 7:00pm sharp. Can I count on you? {Pause, wait for answer} Great, you are welcomed to bring guests. When you get here, I want to introduce you to my Executive Director (or Success Coach). Thanks, I knew I could count on you! (If they say no) I understand, that s ok. Just wanted to run something by you but if you are tied up, but could you grab a pen, I would like to give you a website that will explain in detail what we will be going over. Setting up Your Private Business Reception (PBR) 1. Don t rearrange your furniture. Keep your normal set-up. If more people come than you can seat, bring in chairs from other rooms. 2. Serve SIMPLE snacks (chips & dip or cookies, and water or soda). Serve after the presentation. 3. Please no children, they are too cute and will definitely distract guests during the presentation. 4. Keep pets outside or in another room. They should not be in the presentation room. 5. Turn off your phones and politely ask your guests to do the same. 6. Write the guest name on name labels. Also have Lite jazz playing. (No church music) PBR Agenda (Your part to introduce your expert.(very IMPORTANT!) Host Introduction 2 minutes 1. I want to thank you for coming to our home to learn what is NEW for us. We are very excited about our new business. 2. BRIEFLY share the reason (YOUR WHY) you started a new business. Example: You know how I ve been complaining about not having enough time? Well, I found an opportunity which will help me leverage my income AND my time. 3. The company we have partnered with, LegalShield, has an incredible service we have benefited from. It has saved (or is saving) our family money, and we just want to make sure you at least know about it. 4. Introduce the DVD (Protecting You and Your Family, with Darnell Self) and if you have an expert there with you, edify them. Example: I d like to introduce you to (expert), who is helping to lead the national expansion of this powerhouse company. He/she knows all the facts, has earned a lot of income, and is having fun doing it! What I like the most, is that (expert) really loves to help people, which is why he/she is here today to help me! Mr/Ms, I ll turn it over to you! (They will edify what they are about to watch) 5. Play the DVD (about 30 minutes) 6. When DVD ends, DO NOT ASK FOR QUESTIONS. Instead, immediately hand out membership and associate application and pens to everyone, and say: Everyone who is going to support (you, the Associate) in starting his/her new business by taking advantage of this awesome service, here is the form to complete. For those who want to earn money by referring this service, here is the form for that. We ll help each of you get started. 7. If someone has questions and there is no expert present, call an expert from your support team and give the phone to your prospect so they can get their questions answered, one-on-one, and your expert can help you enroll the prospect. HINT: If there is no expert present, have an expert prepared to call in on speaker phone to share their story and encourage your guests to fill out the applications. 8. If one of your guests is interested in getting started but will not complete the application on the spot, send them home with a DVD or your website, and schedule a time to follow-up. HINT: Do not give out tools in front of other guests as they may ask for take home materials instead of enrolling. 9. For those who join your team as an Associate at your PBR: Get Your New Associates Off to a Fast Start 1. Give your new Associate a copy of this Packet to set up their game plan, PCC & PBR BEFORE they leave your house, while their enthusiasm is high! Book their PBR for as soon as possible the faster they get results, the better so the sooner you can get in front of their contacts, the better! 3. Encourage them to be the message and not the messenger. The less they SAY, the more they MAKE. Finally, If none of your guest show up, no problem! Call and invite them on to a PCC call within the next hour!
