Product range DORMA Locks Welcome to the safe side. DORMA locks offer compelling benefits thanks to assured high quality and functional integrity combined with long service lifetimes. With high-grade materials, careful manufacturing and a comprehensive quality management system, these products are able to satisfy virtually all the technical requirements ever likely to arise. Conforming to BS EN 129, BS EN 19 or DIN standards, DORMA locks offer unbeatable performance, safety and security. Under Approved Document M and BS00, locks are recommended to have a minimum backset of 55mm and centres of 2mm (the distance from the lever handle follower to key centre) to ensure ease of operation. Both the Premier and Contract series of locks meet these recommendations. Whichever solution you opt for, you can be sure that absolute reliability and engineering excellence will be included as standard. CF26 All DORMA F and Mortice Escape Locks are CE marked and CERTIFIRE approved for 1hr on timber doors and 4hrs on metal doors (intumescent pack required for 1hr timber doors not required for 1/2hr timber fire doors or metal doors).
