Sinnerbrink an impressive partner Founded by Johann Sinnerbrink at the beginning of last century our company began to specialize in the manufacture of Rotary Cut Veneers of tropical woods. After 1975 and especially since 1991 when the factory moved into an industrial area with an estate of 30.000m², we laid our main stress on the production of Rotary Cut Veneers of Beech. Our modern manufacturing facilities permit efficient production with short delivery times. 50 qualified members of staff are employed in the production of this proprietor-managed private company in the third generation. Joh. Sinnerbrink operates in the world market with an export ratio of approx. 90% of the total turnover.

KG Factory of Rotary Cut Veneer Log supply From November to April the special graded logs with only small brown heart have to be transported to the roundwood yard immediately to keep the quality. Wet preservation of beech logs Logyard for nearly 10.000 fm roundlogs with automatic water spraying system preventing the logs from drying and foxiness arround the whole year. Perfect Steaming Our special 18 m long steaming-system is computer controlled. We are able to achieve the best possible equally light Beech colour. Surface quality Our long-standing well coordinated team is doing the sorting to prevent defects. We guarantee a perfect supply!

First thin stretchfoil and on top thick black foil protect the veneers against moisture. All packing timber is treated according to IPPC standard ISPM No. 15. Storage of the veneers Careful stocking of the pallets of different dimensions to minimize delivery times. We operate nearly just in time. Our new ware house guarantees the veneer s moisture content of 6-8%. Container shipments Containers are shipped with high routine. Volume: 20 ft: approx. 18,5 m³, 40 ft: approx. 34 m³. We exhibit already more than 25 years at the interzum in Cologne. We look forward to welcome you at our stand.
