(~1/4 acre). The property is located at 4163 Hidden Valley Road, APN 251-020-010. The Lafayette Design Review Commission will hold a public hearing on the above application on Monday evening, February 10, 2014, which will commence at 7:00 p.m. in the Lafayette Arts & Sciences Discovery Center Room at the Lafayette Library & Learning Center, 3491 Mt. Diablo Blvd. The Notification Packet for this project, including maps, aerial photos, and plans, is available for public review at www.lovelafayette.org/publicmeetings > Design Review Commission > Date A Study Session is an informal, information-only meeting where no formal action is taken by the Commission. A Study Session is intended to provide early feedback to an architect or property owner on issues that will need to be addressed when the formal application is submitted to the Planning Services Division. When a formal application is submitted and scheduled for a public hearing, you will receive a notice of the public hearing in the mail. You are invited to attend the Study Session and to provide comments to the applicant on issues that you believe will be pertinent in the formal application. Study Sessions do not require a public notification; however the Planning Services Division provides a courtesy notice to solicit public comment during this preliminary stage.
