Block Diagram Recommended Interface Circuit Figure is recommended interface circuit. R1, R2, R3, R4 and R7, R8, R9, R10 form standard Thevenin-equivalent circuits. If the power supply voltage is +5V, all I/O data signals are compliant for PECL. Then R1 = R4 = R6 = R7 = R10 = 130 Ohm, R2 = R3 = R5 = R8 = R9 = 82 Ohm. compliant for LVPECL. Then R1 = R4 = R6 = R7 = R10 = 82 Ohm, R2 = R3 = R5 = R8 = R9 = 130 Ohm. The SD signal of MTR-03XXXXT is compliant for TTL, then R5 (= 10kOhm) acts as the pull up resistor, and R6 is not connected. L1, L2, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6 form the filter of power supply, L1 = L2 = 1uH. Notice that the inductances should be with low DC impedance, it enables enough current can be achieved. C3 = C6 = 10uF, C1 = C2 = C4 = C5 = C7 = 0.1uF. High-speed circuit design and impedance matching design should be considered. Recommended termination resistor is 50Ohm.
