No title 7 / 18 Hoop 1 layer of stabiizer as before. Stitch the outline of the design onto the stabilizer. Cut a piece of batting and a piece of fabric and pin in place and stitch by machine. Now stitch the background pattern. Next do the outline of the cat's face.
No title 8 / 18 Trim the fabric back to the stitching line Cut a piece of Fleece a little larger than the cat's face and stitch in place. Hold in place with pins or Magic Tape.

No title 12 / 18 Put a piece of Water-soluble stablizer over the cat's face and stitch the nose and whiskers. This stops the stitches from sinking into the fleece. The placement for the wobbly eyes are marked with circles.

No title 15 / 18 Strap Cut fabric according to length that you require. Make it double width so that you can fold it lengthwise. Overlock or zig-zag right round. Fold zig-zag edge in on wrong side and stitch down. Fold strap in half lengthwise and stitch edges together on right side. Match your thread to your fabric. Assembly of Bags Stitch bag pieces together on sewing machine using a zig-zag stitch. Lie the seams flat next to each other and zig-zag together.
