Xi s visits to the US and UK reflect China s proactive role in global politics and the global economy. Meanwhile, his plan under the name of One Belt, One Road, and the setting up of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), signify his vision of China playing a key role in global affairs, including trade and business. This seminar aims to provide a variety of perspectives on China s development, and the valuable opportunities that this brings to Hong Kong and the region.
