BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF MADERA STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AGENCY - ROAD DEPARTMENT ) Resolution No.: 2012 - ) ) A RESOLUTION VACATING ) BLACKHAWK DRIVE AND A PORTION ) OF PATRICK AVENUE IN THE ) UNINCORPORATED PORTION OF ) MADERA COUNTY WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Madera, State of California, conducted a public hearing on, 2012, to consider the vacation of Blackhawk Drive and a portion of Patrick Avenue, in the unincorporated portion of Madera County, California, and which is more particularly described and depicted in the legal descriptions and map, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein as Exhibits "A," through "G," respectively; and WHEREAS, the hearing was noticed as required by law; and WHEREAS, the Board has considered the County General Plan as required by section 8313 of the Streets and Highways Code, and the report submitted by the Madera County Planning Department as to the conformity of the proposed vacation with the Genera/ Plan; and WHEREAS, the Board finds from the evidence and testimony presented at the above-referenced hearing that Blackhawk Drive and a portion of Patrick Avenue, as proposed to be vacated, are unnecessary for present or prospective public use. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Madera, that: 111
