Ricoh SG 3110DN IMPORTNT: efore proceeding, ensure the correct Ricoh printer driver and SubliJet-R MacProfile have been installed. For assistance with profile installation, refer to the Installation Guide. NOTE: Due to issues with color management, Photoshop Elements 11 is not supported. For all other versions, your screens and menus may differ depending on the version of software and operating system being used. However, the settings will be identical. Photoshop Elements Workspace Setup 1) egin by opening Photoshop Elements. In the menu bar, click Edit > olor Settings (see FIGURE 1). 3) Once an image has been opened or imported in Elements, ensure that RG color mode has been selected. In the menu bar, click Image > Mode > RG olor. check mark should now be visible beside RG olor (see FIGURE 3). FIGURE 3 4) For every image opened or imported in Elements, you will need to convert each to the dobe RG profile. Printing from Elements with the Ricoh SG 3110DN 5) With the correct color settings entered, you are now ready to print. In the menu bar, click File > Print. E. Printer Profile: Select the appropriate Sawgrass Profile (see Figure 6) a. Ricoh 3110 New: sg_sg3110dn_rg_sjr_v1.0 Improved color profile delivers accurate photo images and vivid colors for graphic designs and images. b. Ricoh 3300 lassic: sg_sg3110dn_rg_sjr_lassic_v1.0 Similar to the profile of the previous generation Ricoh 3300 SubliJet-R solution, the Ricoh 3300 lassic profile allows replication of legacy prints with minimal color variation for seamless transition when upgrading to the Ricoh 3110 SubliJet-R solution. NOTE: If the profiles are not visible in the drop-down menu, try restarting Elements. If the profile is still missing after restarting the application, refer to the Installation Guide. F. Rendering Intent: Perceptual (see Figure 6) G. lick OK to save your changes and continue (see Figure 6) H. ack in the Print window, click the Page Setup button (see FIGURE 7). 6) Once Print has been selected, the following Print window will appear (see FIGURE 8). Remember to Mirror the image before printing. You are able to do this within the Ricoh printer driver or you may choose to manually mirror each image within Photoshop Elements. 8) In the Paper Feed window, select the printer s paper source. Use uto Select unless a ypass Tray has been purchased. For those users printing with a ypass Tray, select ypass Tray (see FIGURE 10).
