STEPHANIE N. ALCALDE Stephanie Alcalde, formerly known as Stephanie Rensch, attended the University of Central Florida, where she graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in legal studies and a minor in criminal justice. Stephanie received her juris doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2014. While studying at Florida A&M University College of Law, Stephanie participated in a variety of leadership activities, serving as an executive board member for both the Student Bar Association and the Hispanic American Law Student Association. Stephanie is further actively involved in the Teen Court program in Orange County, where she serves as a jury advisor and guest judge, as well as The Florida Bar Young Lawyer Division Law Student Mentoring Program. Stephanie is currently a Young Lawyers Section Board member. Stephanie has chaired the YLS Mentoring Program for the past two years and will be chairing the 2017 YLS golf tournament. JOEY M. CHINDAMO Joey Chindamo is an assistant state attorney for the State Attorney s Office in Orange County, where he prosecutes felony domestic violence offenses. Joey has been a member of the OCBA Young Lawyers Section Board since 2015 and is running for reelection. He has also been a board member for the OCBA Criminal Law Committee since 2015. Joey joined the OCBA in 2014 and immediately sought to get involved. He co-chaired the annual YLS Gator Bus Trip for the first time in 2014 and has done so every year since. Joey also co-chaired the YLS Young Lawyers & Law Clerks Reception, one of the largest annual YLS events, in 2015 and 2016. For the 2016 Law Clerks Reception, Joey and the event committee worked together to not only significantly reduce event costs but also raise the most money since 2012. In his spare time, Joey enjoys attending OCBA and YLS events, cheering on the Florida Gators, and spending time with family and friends.

BROCK A. HANKINS My name is Brock Hankins and I am running to be an At-large Board member of YLS. The foundation of every position I ve held is being a trustworthy and diligent servant to the organization. It is with this same basis that I would serve YLS as a board member and ask for your vote. I have been actively involved in YLS since starting as an attorney and currently serve as the treasurer for YLS and chairman of Evening with the Judiciary. Prior to these positions, I served as chairman of Holidays All Year Long and as an active member of the Community Service Committee. In these prior roles, I volunteered for the Thanksgiving Basket Brigade, the WRCC Mock Trial and Halloween Party, and planned a book drive for a local elementary school. I also planned the successful first annual holiday party for the children at the Women s Residential Counseling Center. Finally, in my spare time, I volunteer with the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation, Florida Diabetes Camps, and Legal Aid Society as a Guardian ad litem. Thank you for your support, and if you have any questions or ideas for YLS, please contact me at 407-841-2330 or bhankins@addmg.com. ANDREW P. IRVIN Andrew Irvin is a plaintiff s personal injury attorney at Robert F. Green & Associates in Winter Park. Since 2014, he has served as treasurer of the OCBA Law Week Committee. In the Young Lawyers Section, he is the chair of the WRCC Halloween Party and is active in the Community Service and Social Committees. Andrew works to improve civics education in Florida s public schools through his membership on The Florida Bar s Law Related Education Committee. As a YLS Board member, Andrew will enhance YLS s strong community service programs and bring more young lawyers together with the many opportunities that YLS provides.

CONNOR S. KELLY Hello fellow YLS members! My name is Connor, and I am running for the OCBA YLS Board of Directors for the 2017-2019 term. I have been actively involved with the OCBA since 2013, and currently serve on the YLS Social Committee, and the YLS Field Day Committee. From monthly luncheons, to charity and networking events such as the Law Day 5k, OCBA Poker Tournament, Evening with the Judiciary, Holidays All Year Long, Thanksgiving Basket Brigade, and Great Oaks Village Shoe Drive, I am proud to be involved with this wonderful community. I earned my J.D. from FAMU College of Law in 2014, where I served as a vice president of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society, and on the Judicial Committee of the Student Bar Association. Surprisingly, my greatest takeaway from law school turned out not to be my education, but my lovely wife, Alicia also an attorney and active member of our YLS. Since early 2015, I have practiced law with my father, Kevin. We operate a boutique civil litigation practice, KellyLaw, P.A., in the heart of Thornton Park. Please feel free to drop by, call (407-545-4386), or email (Connor@KellyJuris.com) anytime. Thank you in advance for your support, and I look forward to serving you on our YLS Board of Directors! COURTNEY D. RICHARDSON-JONES Courtney Richardson-Jones was born in Virginia, but she has made Florida home by completing her secondary education, practicing law, serving her community, and starting a family of her own here. In the fall of 2007, she graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor s degree in English and a minor in education. She was active in many organizations in law school, including the Black Law Students Association, Student Bar Association, Law School Allocations Committee, and the Entertainment Law Club before receiving her J.D. in 2011 from The Florida State University. She currently serves the people as a prosecutor for the Ninth Circuit State Attorney s Office in the Domestic Violence Unit. Her commitment to service continues as the dance leader at her church, a volunteer with their monthly outreach program, and a member of the OCBA. She chaired the YLS IDignity event in 2014. If elected to the Young Lawyers Section At-large Board, I will work diligently with the other board members to continue advancing the mission of the YLS to make our legal community better, affording more opportunities to members to serve our community, and addressing the many issues that face young lawyers.

BRITTANY G. MELENDEZ Ms. Melendez joined Walton Lantaff Shroeder & Carson s Orlando office in 2015 as an associate attorney. Her primary areas of practice are business law, insurance defense, workers compensation defense and construction defect litigation. Ms. Melendez is active in the local bar and in the community. She provides pro bono representation to abused and abandoned children as an Orange County Bar Association Guardian ad Litem. Ms. Melendez is a board member of the OCBA Insurance Law Committee, and a committee member for the Young Lawyers Section. While at Florida A&M College of Law, Ms. Melendez served as a judicial law clerk for the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court, was a certified legal intern for the College of Law Housing Clinic, interned for the County Attorney s Office of Seminole County, and clerked for a family law firm. Ms. Melendez served as the president of Phi Alpha Delta, competed on the ABA Moot Court and Client Counseling teams. Ms. Melendez graduated with a bachelor s of business administration, with an emphasis in marketing, from Stetson University. RAFAEL O. RODRIGUEZ My name is Rafael Orlando Rodriguez and I have been an attorney in the Central Florida area since 2009, serving my community as an assistant state attorney for nearly five years with the State Attorney s Office here in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, and now as a Guardian ad Litem during my free time as an insurance defense attorney. I am originally from the Orlando area and received my dual bachelor degrees from the University of Florida, and attended Barry University Law School. I am running for the YLS Board to further dedicate my time and talents to this great association that puts on some of the best events in the entire state. I have been the social chair for the Young lawyers Section of the OCBA for the past two years and have been on multiple committees and helped organize large events throughout my time with the YLS. I believe my background and experience will help make this organization the best it can be over the next two years. Please vote for me, and thank you for taking the time to inform yourself about the candidates.

Jill D. Simon I m the current secretary of the Young Lawyers Section, and I m seeking reelection to the YLS Board so that I can continue to serve this great organization. I ve been a practicing attorney in Orlando for more than eight years, and I currently practice family law at The Orlando Family Firm. I ve been actively involved with the YLS since shortly after I began practicing law over eight years ago, and I m currently serving my second two-year term as a member of the YLS Board. I ve served as a committee member, committee chair, communications coordinator, and as secretary. I m very proud of the many accomplishments of the YLS through the efforts of its board, committees, and members, and I hope I will have the opportunity to continue to serve as a leader within the organization to contribute to the mission of the YLS to meet the unique needs and interests of young lawyers. I plan to spend the years I have remaining as a young lawyer as an active member of the YLS, and I hope to continue to do so as a member of the board. I would appreciate your support and your vote!
