17. Cam Tool Qty: 1 To use Cam Locks - 1. Insert Cam Pin until snug 2. Set boards together 3. Insert Cam Lock 4. Turn Cam Lock clockwise (half a turn) Do not overtighten Note arrow direction If it won t turn halfway, back out the Cam Pin ¼ turn and try Cam Lock again. This will familiarize you with the parts and also help you find a part when you re ready to assemble it. Usually there is a small sticker on the part with the designating letter or number that matches the letter or number in the instructions. If that sticker is missing, look at the drawing in the instruction parts list, and try to recognize the part by its shape or characteristics like holes or grooves. To assemble: Step 1 Attach the four Feet (K) to the Base (D). Step 2 Insert two Cam Bolts (1) and two Dowels (4) into the holes of the Left/Right Side (B/C). Use Cam Bolts and Cam Locks (2) to secure the Brace (E) to Left/Right Side (B/C)....... Step 3 Insert four Cam Bolts (1) into the holes of the Base (D). Use Cam Bolts and Cam Locks (2) and to secure the Left/Right Side (B/C) to Base (D). Step 5 Use two Screws (5) to attach the Wood Rail (J) to Top (A). Step 6 Insert four Cam Bolts (1) into the holes of the Top (A) as shown. Use Cam Bolts and Cam Locks (2) to secure the Left/Right Side (B/C) to Top (A). Step 7 Use sixteen Round-Head Screws (8) to attach the two Backs (G) to the unit. 8 16 Step 8 a) Use twenty-four Hinges Screws (3) to attach the four Bent Hinges (9) to Left/Right Door (H/I).
