Chaga mushroom: Useful properties and contraindications, use, benefits and harm The mass of the fruit body of the fungus can reach almost 3 kg. It can grow on a tree for several decades, affecting areas of the bark that are devoid of integrity. Outgrowths of disproportionate form spores. They have deep dark shade, a large number of cracks and light veins are present on the surface. Each year, the mushroom makes its way closer to the trunk, as a result of which the tree gradually dies. Mushroom growth can be found in forest-steppe, Canadian zone, in forest and birch groves. Also, Chaga grows in Korean, American countries, in mountainous areas. They collect it in different seasons, and the main thing is to remove it from a living, not a wet tree. When harvesting from dead plants, the fungus will not have the desired positive effect on the body, since the activity of valuable components in the composition will be negligible. The optimal storage method is in crushed and dried form. Birch mushroom is incredibly healthy. Ancestors believed that it helps to cope with hundreds of different ailments. Until now, the "wood sponge" (popular name) is widely used in folk medicine.

Features of parasitism: Chaga can be called a unique fungus, whose life begins with a little spore Inonotusobliquus. Getting on the damaged area of the tree bark, the spore grows, typical crest-like growths form. Infection results in white sound wood rot. Light yellow bands and spots form in the pseudo-nucleus, which subsequently merge and expand. In rotten wood, annual layers easily separate from one. A brown

protective zone is formed around the rot, and black lines can be seen inside, at the fracture, inclusions of rusty mycelium are visible. Growing up to times of enormous size, Chaga accumulates in its body useful substances that it receives from wood. Chaga extract: With circulatory dysfunction, you need to know what is the useful properties of birch Chaga? Chaga extract is used as a medicine: for its preparation, pour ¾ cup of warm water into 20 g of powder, hold for 48 hours. After straining, drink 30 ml 10 minutes before a meal. From the fungus, alcohol extract will help: pour 300 g of the mushroom with two glasses of vodka, hold for 2 weeks, and apply externally. With periodontal disease, a useful mixture of mushroom, chamomile, pour 2 cups of boiling water, infused for 4 hours, will help. Read More Chaga- Mushroom
