Introducing Club Conflict Club Conflict Online Gaming League began as a private online gaming community tournament. Established in 2002, multiple game titles were hosted including Medal of Honor, Call of Duty, Battlefield 1941 and our primary first-person shooter title: Counter-Strike. Our organization is currently sponsored by Everleap, the Official Cloud Host. Our CS:GO Open Beta Season 21 is sponsored by SilverStone Technology, the Official Prize Sponsor. Our game servers are sponsored by Gameservers.com the Official Game Server. Our website has a premium version of the Challonge tournament bracket API integrated into our website. The Club Conflict Client features industry leading Easy AntiCheat. Our secure website has integrated the Steam Log-In API. Focusing upon Counter-Strike, Club Conflict Online Gaming League has been host to (20) seasons of competitive online Counter-Strike. In a typical Club Conflict Counter-Strike league season, (12) to (16) 5-person teams compete one night per week (Wednesday nights at 9PM EST) for an (8) week regular season. The top (8) teams advance to sudden elimination playoffs featuring a Best of Three format. 1

Matches Streamed on Twitch.TV Club Conflict CS:GO League Playoffs last (4) weeks in total. Each match in the playoffs is a Best of Three maps format with teams vetoing the maps from a pool of (7) maps until (3) maps are left. The Grand Finals are a Best of Five. The league Championship team historically wins a Sponsored Prize like a (5) gaming mice or (5) ATX Cases. We do our best to provide stream coverage of our Playoff Matches. We host the action on our Twitch.TV channel as well as post the match on our Youtube Channel afterwards. Prime examples of our CS:GO Tournament Casting can be found in the LINKS section of this document. Our League and LAN Tournament casters often include Play by Play Commentators, Color Commentators and Analysts. We do our best to prepare graphics for the event and to ensure that our supporting Sponsors and Partners logos are included in the Twitch.TV stream. 2

128-Tick Match Servers We are currently hosting Counter-Strike Season 21. Twelve CS:GO teams are competing weekly for the sponsored prize. Our match servers are sponsored by GameServers.com, the world s largest game server provider. Our tournament platform has changed a good bit over the years since we began working on a new website a and with the help of our web and software developers, we now have a platform that is in Beta that contains many of the features that you would expect in a modern social media platform. 3

Invite Your Friends The beauty of the Club Conflict platform is that it can be used for any type of game or tournament. Membership to Club Conflict is free. Once you sign up and verify your email, you can log-in and begin. Creating a team is simple. Through our platform, you can upload your team s logo and send off invites to your friends. We also have built in Private Messaging. Under the Team Management tab, Team Owners can assign status/roles to their team members such as Captain, Co-Captain, Scheduler, MVP and mark them Active. Managing your teams Roster is a snap. Members can be easily removed from the team by clicking in the Roster Management tab. Sending invites, messaging your entire team as well as messaging other team captains' is built into the site. 4

Team Management Links to the team members Club Conflict Profile and Steam Profile are available with one click. Club Conflict members can send Join Requests or Team Owners/Captains can Recruit Players right on our site. Members can message individuals or teams. The Event Management tab allows the Team Owner to easily Join or Leave any event. 5

Tournament Brackets We have a very active Discord Server. This is where much of the player interaction takes place. As the tournament advances, you can track it in our events tournament bracket. The winning team can record the score and the win on our website. The losing team s Captain will be notified of the score results via email and will have a chance to dispute the score. In a double-elimination LAN Tournament, the winning team w advance through the winner s bracket and the losing team will move to the loser s bracket. 6

Register as Team or Free Agent Our platform has the capabilities to host a variety of tournament formats including single player, team, round-robin, single-elimination and double-elimination. Team Owners can join events with a simple click of the mouse. Once you enter an online or LAN, tournament, your team will show up in the Teams list for that event. Once all teams have joined and the predetermined tournament join deadline has been passed, the schedule is created. Teams can view the overall schedule and even set it to only show their teams match schedule. Club Conflict members interested in playing on a team may register as Free Agents. These Free Agents will show up in the Event and can be easily contacted to help fill a teams roster. The Results tab is where you can see the results of every match in the tournament. The Standings tab shows the Wins/Losses and seeding of teams. In LAN Tournaments, the Tournament Bracket shows the progress of the tournament. In the CS:GO League, the Results Tab shows the Win/Losses. Regardless of the format, Club Conflict members can easily track the progress of the tournament. It is easy to send off invites to join your team. Once registered, members can set up their player profiles and link their Xbox Live, Steam, Playstation Network ID, Youtube and Twitch accounts. If the members Steam profile is not set to private, we also port some rudimentary game stats to the members' Club Conflict player profile. 7

Join Matches From the Schedule Teams can view the overall schedule and even set it to only show their teams match schedule. They can also easily connect to their matches with the click of a button. Servers are password protected and require the use of the Club Conflict Client. Each match server has GOTV available. Matches are on a two minute delay. GOTV demos are made available after the matches. 8

Promote Your Brand We regularly post News on our main webpage. This is where we promote upcoming events and tournaments. Club Conflict has an active LAN Circuit and travels to and hosts Counter-Strike Tournaments at several LAN Events every year. Pictures and links to videos from these events, pics of the winning team and their prizes are popular fodder for our News page. Club Conflict boasts over 2500 members and many have found us hosting a Counter-Strike Tournament at a LAN Event. We have hosted Counter-Strike tournaments at dozens of LAN s with from 50 to 450 participants. Our LAN tournaments take place in cities like Pittsburgh, PA, Seven Springs, PA, Ligonier, PA, Mechanicsburg, PA, Gettysburg, PA and Philadelphia, PA (Oaks, PA). We have hosted Sponsored and Professional LAN Tournaments on Console and PC. Sponsored Tournaments feature a sponsored hardware prize. Professional Tournaments feature a cash prize. Club Conflict is licensed to host PC tournaments through CS:GO s developer, Valve Software, Inc. We are licensed to host tournaments for Counter-Strike 1.6, Counter-Strike: Source, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Team Fortress 2, DOTA 2, Left for Dead and Left for Dead 2. We fully utilize our social media outlets including Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Twitch.TV, Reddit, Steam and the Web. Additionally, our affiliation with some of the best LAN Events on the East Coast, gives us access to cross promotion on a variety of other events social media and web platforms. We have built Club Conflict with the gamer in mind. A social media website built for gamers by gamers is what we have here. Look for Club Conflict to expand into different game titles in the near future. As our organization grows, so will our offerings including our LAN Tournaments. Look for us to begin bringing tournaments all across North America in the future. 9

Our Match Mod Software We are very proud of the tools and capabilities that we have developed over the years to help us host Counter-Strike tournaments. We have our very own Match Mod that is a piece of software that resides on the match server and helps us run competitive matches. The first person that types.setup becomes the match leader and gets to select the options for the match. Our Match Mod features function to let one take control of the fun by selecting options from a menu. Options like Captains Pick teams, allow for 10-man fun where (2) captains pick teams from the menu. Other options control what map to play, whether to Knife for Sides or record a GOTV Demo. Players type.ready to indicate that they are ready to go live. Once all (10) players are Ready, the server starts the match with (3) restarts. Anyone can.pause the match. If the round has already started, the pause will take place at the beginning of the next round. Our Match Mod features Match Medic functionality. This means that if a match has a problem, the CC Admin can revert the server to an earlier round, restoring the scores and match economy to their earlier state. This is great if a match is interrupted by unforeseen circumstances such as the rare server crash etc. 10

Our Anti-Cheat Software Our match and scrim servers are 128-tick VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) protected server s and require the use of the Club Conflict Client, a third-party Anti-Cheat featuring industry leading Easy Anti-Cheat. The Club Conflict Client is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. You must have the Club Conflict Client installed and running before connecting to the Match Server or you will be kicked from the server with instructions to get the Club Conflict Client. If anyone closes the Club Conflict Client during a match, they will be immediately kicked from the server. 11

Secure Steam Web Log-In To ensure that our Counter-Strike tournaments do not allow for VAC Banned cheaters to join a team, we have implemented the Steam API into our website. The Steam API, allows for Club Conflict members to log-in to Steam to verify their Steam Account that is associated with their Club Conflict account. VAC Banned Steam Accounts are not eligible to be used in Club Conflict tournaments. Our platform checks our Steam Verified members for VAC bans daily. As you can imagine, our members are very enthusiastic about our platform. We are currently offering a service that is somewhat comparable to the premium subscription services offered by companies such as Face-It, CEVO and ESEA. We offer this for FREE. In addition, we host more LAN Tournaments that our competitors. With the growth of streaming and Twitch.TV, we have a potential access to millions of Twitch.TV viewers on our Twitch.TV Channel. We regularly stream our LAN Tournaments and CS:GO League Playoffs on Twitch. Over the past few years we have made great relationships with the competitive Counter-Strike LAN community as well as the Twitch streamers that support it. We have a unique capability to help cross-promote our partners on a variety of platforms including Twitch, Facebook, Youtube, Steam and Twitter as well as our web presence. Gaining sponsorships for our events is quite easy. With the growth of esports, non-endemic sponsors like Nissan, McDonalds and Coca Cola have jumped into the arena. Surpassing a global industry of one billion USD in 2019, you can expect much more growth as esports are projected to grow significantly in the coming years. 12

Steam Game Statistics We offer our members Steam Game Statistics right on their player profile. Users who do not have their Steam Profiles set as private will be able to display their Steam game statistics with others on their Club Conflict Profile. Looking at what other members are playing is interesting. Games played are displayed from most often played to least. See what others are playing. Easily find out what games your opponent is playing. Is your Free Agent candidate worthy of being on your team? As our statistics are constantly being updated, look for more match statistics to be added soon. 13

The Future of Club Conflict Club Conflict has been quietly operating in the background, evolving and growing our offerings. We have flown under the radar for a very good reason. You only get one chance to launch a social media site and gamers can be a very tough critic. Our plan is to grow our organization organically by hosting online tournaments on a weekly basis through our Twitch.TV Channel. We are beginning to assemble a Club Conflict Stream Team that will help our Twitch.TV channel grow. We will begin hosting Scrims, 10mans and WAN Tournaments every week. Our viewers will find us through our stream partners at first. We will feature some matches that feature only streamers. This will involve matches that have up to (10) streamers and their associated audiences playing/viewing the Club Conflict platform. We hope that by offering small tournament prizes every week, we can encourage popular Twitch.TV streamers to join in on the fun at Club Conflict. Since we are offering much of the features that you can get with a premium subscription at ESEA here at Club Conflict for free, we believe that we will grow quickly. With that growth, we will need to be ready for the many new sponsors and members that will flock to our site. All of this can only happen if we have dedicated staff members working daily. We ll manage the events, including the sponsors, streamers and members. As our audience grows so will our ability to monetize our content. New sponsors and tournament partners will come on board. This means that we will be hosting more Online and LAN Tournaments, gaining even more attention. Let s build the future together. With your help, the idea of Club Conflict becoming a dominant esports tournament platform in North America can be realized. Our custom esports social media platform can be host to many other types of tournaments. Our growth potential is enormous. 14
