Look for us to begin bringing tournaments all across North America in the future. 9
Our Match Mod Software We are very proud of the tools and capabilities that we have developed over the years to help us host Counter-Strike tournaments. We have our very own Match Mod that is a piece of software that resides on the match server and helps us run competitive matches. The first person that types.setup becomes the match leader and gets to select the options for the match. Our Match Mod features function to let one take control of the fun by selecting options from a menu. Options like Captains Pick teams, allow for 10-man fun where (2) captains pick teams from the menu. Other options control what map to play, whether to Knife for Sides or record a GOTV Demo. Players type.ready to indicate that they are ready to go live. Once all (10) players are Ready, the server starts the match with (3) restarts. Anyone can.pause the match. If the round has already started, the pause will take place at the beginning of the next round. Our Match Mod features Match Medic functionality. This means that if a match has a problem, the CC Admin can revert the server to an earlier round, restoring the scores and match economy to their earlier state. This is great if a match is interrupted by unforeseen circumstances such as the rare server crash etc. 10
Our Anti-Cheat Software Our match and scrim servers are 128-tick VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) protected server s and require the use of the Club Conflict Client, a third-party Anti-Cheat featuring industry leading Easy Anti-Cheat. The Club Conflict Client is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. You must have the Club Conflict Client installed and running before connecting to the Match Server or you will be kicked from the server with instructions to get the Club Conflict Client. If anyone closes the Club Conflict Client during a match, they will be immediately kicked from the server. 11
Secure Steam Web Log-In To ensure that our Counter-Strike tournaments do not allow for VAC Banned cheaters to join a team, we have implemented the Steam API into our website. The Steam API, allows for Club Conflict members to log-in to Steam to verify their Steam Account that is associated with their Club Conflict account. VAC Banned Steam Accounts are not eligible to be used in Club Conflict tournaments. Our platform checks our Steam Verified members for VAC bans daily. As you can imagine, our members are very enthusiastic about our platform. We are currently offering a service that is somewhat comparable to the premium subscription services offered by companies such as Face-It, CEVO and ESEA. We offer this for FREE. In addition, we host more LAN Tournaments that our competitors. With the growth of streaming and Twitch.TV, we have a potential access to millions of Twitch.TV viewers on our Twitch.TV Channel. We regularly stream our LAN Tournaments and CS:GO League Playoffs on Twitch. Over the past few years we have made great relationships with the competitive Counter-Strike LAN community as well as the Twitch streamers that support it. We have a unique capability to help cross-promote our partners on a variety of platforms including Twitch, Facebook, Youtube, Steam and Twitter as well as our web presence. Gaining sponsorships for our events is quite easy. With the growth of esports, non-endemic sponsors like Nissan, McDonalds and Coca Cola have jumped into the arena. Surpassing a global industry of one billion USD in 2019, you can expect much more growth as esports are projected to grow significantly in the coming years. 12
Steam Game Statistics We offer our members Steam Game Statistics right on their player profile. Users who do not have their Steam Profiles set as private will be able to display their Steam game statistics with others on their Club Conflict Profile. Looking at what other members are playing is interesting. Games played are displayed from most often played to least. See what others are playing. Easily find out what games your opponent is playing. Is your Free Agent candidate worthy of being on your team? As our statistics are constantly being updated, look for more match statistics to be added soon. 13
The Future of Club Conflict Club Conflict has been quietly operating in the background, evolving and growing our offerings. We have flown under the radar for a very good reason. You only get one chance to launch a social media site and gamers can be a very tough critic. Our plan is to grow our organization organically by hosting online tournaments on a weekly basis through our Twitch.TV Channel. We are beginning to assemble a Club Conflict Stream Team that will help our Twitch.TV channel grow. We will begin hosting Scrims, 10mans and WAN Tournaments every week. Our viewers will find us through our stream partners at first. We will feature some matches that feature only streamers. This will involve matches that have up to (10) streamers and their associated audiences playing/viewing the Club Conflict platform. We hope that by offering small tournament prizes every week, we can encourage popular Twitch.TV streamers to join in on the fun at Club Conflict. Since we are offering much of the features that you can get with a premium subscription at ESEA here at Club Conflict for free, we believe that we will grow quickly. With that growth, we will need to be ready for the many new sponsors and members that will flock to our site. All of this can only happen if we have dedicated staff members working daily. We ll manage the events, including the sponsors, streamers and members. As our audience grows so will our ability to monetize our content. New sponsors and tournament partners will come on board. This means that we will be hosting more Online and LAN Tournaments, gaining even more attention. Let s build the future together. With your help, the idea of Club Conflict becoming a dominant esports tournament platform in North America can be realized. Our custom esports social media platform can be host to many other types of tournaments. Our growth potential is enormous. 14
