SECOORA Build-Out-Plan Background 10 Year build-out-plan V1.0 for National Synthesis Prepared and submitted in 2011 BOP Contains Observing, Modeling and Analysis, DMAC, Product Development, Education and Training, Research and Development and Governance and Management subsystems. Assumptions were made in preparing V 1.0 Need to revisit the V1.0 and create sub-plans understanding perceived needs and funding scenario

SECOORA Build-Out-Plan (BOP) Identify Sub-Plans 1. What topics should be further developed to provide needed detail to the BOP? 2. What process do we need to implement to achieve the creation of sub-plans? 3. Who will lead these efforts?
