Sew (1) 2 x 6 ½ abric strip to each side of (1) Unit 1 block. Sew (1) 2 ½ x 8 abric strip to the top and to the bottom of the Unit 1 block to make (1) lock ne rectangle (ig. 2). Repeat to make (3) lock ne rectangles total. 3. Repeat Steps 1-2 and use igures 3-14 for fabric identification and location to make the designated number of locks. There are (17) locks total.
