To give you an overview of the BED parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and steps before assembly. Page 5 OF 12
Step 1 REMOVE all bed parts from packaging and lay on a soft, flat surface. SCREW four Finials(I) into the prethreaded mounting points at the four posts of the Headboard(A) and Footboard(B). TIGHTEN fully by hand. Step 2 Align the mounting positions of the Headboard(A) and the Headboard Foot(C). Insert the Headboard Foot(C) into the Headboard(A), as shown in above picture. Repeat this process with the other Headboard Foot(C). Page 6 OF 12
Step 3 With assistance from your adult partners, attach the Side Rail(D) to Headboard(A) and Headboard Foot(C) using Bolt( ), Spring Washer( ), and Curved Washer( ) with Allen Key( ). At this stage, only loosely tighten the Bolts. Step 4 Front Side Page 7 OF 12
Attach the other End of Side Rail(D) to Footboard(B) using Bolt( ), Spring Washer( ), and Curved Washer( ) with Allen Key( ). At this stage, only loosely tighten the Bolts. Step 5 A B Repeat Step 3 through Step 5, to attach the other Side Rail(D) between Headboard(A) and Footboard(B). Now, in a sequential manner, proceed to tighten all Bolts( ) with Allen Key( ). Step 6 Step 6.1- First attach Adjustable Leveller(J) into Cross Slat Support Foot(H). Step 6.2- Then attach Cross Slat Support Foot(H). through the mounting positions of the Support Beam(G) and Cross Slat for Support Beam(F) Screw the Adjustable Leveller(J) into the Cross Slat Support Foot(H). Place three Cross Slat for Support Beam(F) parallel on the ground, at equal distances of about one meter. Align the mounting positions in the center of each Cross Slat for Support Beam(F) with one of the mounting positions on the Support Beam(G), forming a 90 degree angle at each joint. Then Screw in the Cross Slat Support Foot(H) through the mounting positions of the Support Beam(G) and Cross Slat for Support Beam(F) by hand until it tighten fully. Repeat this process with the remaining two Cross Slat Support Feet(H). This completed frame forms the Mattress Support Frame. Page 9 OF 12
Step 7 With the support of your Partner, turn over the assembled Mattress Support Frame. Lift and place the pre-assembled Mattress Support Frame into the Bed Frame. Align the edges of the Mattress Support Frame into the U-Shaped Brackets on the Side Rails(D). Step 8 Page 10 OF 12
Screw the Socket Cap Bolt( ) into the Cross Slat for Support Beam(F) and U-Shaped Bracket of the Side Rail(D). Do not overtighten the Bolts. Step 9 Place the Cross Slat(E) into the U-Shaped Bracket of the Side Rail(D). Make sure all parts are in place. Now proceed to fully secure and tighten ALL Bolts at ALL joints. Your bed is ready for use. Caution: This bed can only be used on a flat, level surface. Page 11 OF 12
