ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: Please check contents and read instructions carefully before commencing assembly. To avoid damages assemble the item on a soft, clean surface. Assemble in the room of use. HEALTH & SAFETY: DO NOT use this item if any parts are missing, damaged or worn. DO NOT use this item unless all fixings are secured. Always use on a level, even surface. It is recommended that two people handle and assemble the item. Keep small parts out of the reach of children. CARE & MAINTENANCE: This product is manufactured in pine which is a wood with natural characteristics including knots, grains, clusters or indentations. On unpacking the item you may notice an odour due to the production process, however, this will disappear after a period of time. DO NOT place the item next to a radiator or direct sunlight as this item is susceptible to temperature change. It is recommended to maintain an even room temperature with no sudden fluctuations. For general cleaning use a duster or damp cloth (almost dry) not wet do not use soap and water, detergents, aerosol sprays or any polish as the use of these materials would invalidate any claims. You may wish to re-treat the surface to maintain the original finish. This can be done using block wax (unperfumed). Please follow the manufacturer s instructions carefully. DO NOT place the item onto wet or damp flooring as staining may occur to the floor. Periodically check all screws & fixings to ensure they are secure. Step 1: Insert the right panel (1) into the right front frame (4) ensuring parts are fully pushed together and correctly lined up. Place the cleats (20) between the marks shown and secure using hardware part E and a screwdriver (not provided). Page 4 of 12
Step 2: Insert the left panel (2) into the left front frame (5) ensuring parts are fully pushed together and correctly lined up. Place the cleats (20) between the marks shown and secure using hardware part E and a screwdriver (not provided). Page 5 of 12
Step 3: Insert hardware part A using a small mallet (not provided). Secure hardware part M to the right panel (1) and left panel (2) using hardware part B and a screwdriver (not provided). Step 4: Attach the base/shelf panels (11) to the left panel (2) using hardware part E and a screwdriver (not provided). Insert the bottom front frame (14). Page 6 of 12
Step 5: Attach the right panel (1) and a cleat (20) using hardware part E and a screwdriver (not provided). Step 6: Attach the inner top plinth (13) using hardware part C and a screwdriver (not provided). Page 7 of 12
Step 7: Attach the outer top plinth (12) using hardware part F. Attach the top side plinths (17) using hardware part D. You will need to use a screwdriver (not provided). Step 8: Attach the top panel (10) using hardware part C and a screwdriver (not provided). Page 8 of 12
Step 9: Attach the bottom side plinths (16) and front plinth (15) using hardware part D and a screwdriver (not provided). Step 10: Insert hardware part N using a small mallet (not provided). Page 9 of 12
Step 11: Insert the hanging rail (18). Step 12: Attach hardware part J to the right door (6) and left door (7) using hardware part B. Attach the door divider (8) using hardware part D. You will need to use a screwdriver (not provided). Page 10 of 12
Step 13: Position the doors and secure using hardware part B and a screwdriver (not provided). Step 14: Attach hardware part H using hardware part G and a screwdriver (not provided). Page 11 of 12
Step 15: Attach hardware part K using hardware part B, ensuring the small wheels are flush with the base edge. Insert hardware part L ensuring they are level, then push the door against the hardware to make two small marks on the door. Secure hardware part L using hardware part B. You will need to use a screwdriver (not provided). Step 16: Join the back panels (3) using the large spine (9) and small spine (19) and secure using hardware part O and a small mallet (not provided).
