David P Kopser Senior Portfolio Manager Senior Vice President Financial Advisor David entered the financial services industry in 1999 and has been a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley since joining his father, Ray, in 2000. David s first career in the commodity and futures markets has given him valuable experience which he utilizes daily to analyze investment opportunities for The Kopser Goodman Group at Morgan Stanley portfolio. David is a graduate of Xavier University where he majored in Finance and Economics. He has earned the advanced designation Financial Planning Specialist through Morgan Stanley. Goodman, CIMA Senior Investment Management Consultant First Vice President Financial Advisor Carol has been an advisor with Morgan Stanley since entering the financial services area in 1993. Her first career, teaching school, solidified her lifelong passion for education. This passion continues today as Carol places a strong emphasis on her own professional education. She is a graduate of Elmira College, Elmira, New York and has an M.Ed. with a concentration in mathematics from Penn State University. She holds the designation of Financial Planning Specialist and earned her CIMA designation through the Wharton School of Business, The University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and a member of the Association of Professional 6 MORGAN STANLEY

Her outside passions include reading, cooking and travel. Barbara L. Cowherd Financial Planning Associate Wealth Management Associate Barbara has been with Morgan Stanley since 1989, at that time having joined her father as a Financial Advisor. During this time, she also earned the designation of Investment Management Specialist. Barbara joined the Kopser Goodman Group at Morgan Stanley in 2005 as a Registered Marketing Associate. She provides efficient, high quality customer service to new and existing clients with a focus on the financial planning process. She is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University. As a registered nurse in her first career, Barbara showed the same sensitivity and dedication to her patients that she does today to our clients. Lisa N. Putnam Senior Client Service Associate Lisa has been with Morgan Stanley since 1990. She is responsible for the opening and processing of new accounts. Lisa graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Business Degree. Her favorite pastimes are traveling and her Oklahoma Sooner football. Lisa and her husband John are the proud parents of a daughter, Noelle Hope. 8 MORGAN STANLEY

Should we decide together that outside money managers are appropriate for you, we will draw on in-depth research and analysis to help you select from the hundreds of investment management firms available to you. If you prefer to invest in individual securities, we can help identify specific stocks, bonds and other securities that may be suitable for your portfolio. Whatever approach we decide on, the team will help you keep your strategy on track. 4 Reviewing your performance You will receive a quarterly review that outlines your portfolio s performance, helping you track progress toward your objectives. Moreover, when your personal situation or market conditions change significantly, we can suggest appropriate adjustments to your portfolio to help it remain aligned with your goals. 11
