Safety and Care dvice Important - Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly Warning: This unit weighs approximately 8kgs. Please lift with care. Check you have all the components and tools listed on pages, and 3. Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups. Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed. Parts of the assembly will be easier with people. Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting. Do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage. ssemble the item as close to its final position (in the same room) as possible. ssemble on a soft level surface to avoid damaging the unit or your floor (use opened out unit carton). We do not recommend the use of power drill/drivers for inserting screws, as this could damage the unit. nly use hand screwdrivers. Safety note: It is recommended that this unit is secured to a wall using the bracket supplied. Dispose of all packaging carefully and responsibly. Care and maintenance nly clean using a damp cloth and mild detergent, do no use bleach or abrasive cleaners. From time to time check that there are no loose screws on this unit. This product should not be discarded with household waste. Take to your local authority waste disposal centre. ssembly Instructions Step Prepare the drawer front and wrap a: If you have damaged or missing components, call the Customer elpline: 0870 8 or email: elp@clickspares.co.uk (quoting your original order number and the reference numbers below) a: Screw metal dowels. into the holes shown on the back of the drawer front 6. ote: Tighten the metal dowels up fully against the panel. b: C 6 C b: Insert small locking nuts C into the holes shown on the drawer wrap. ote: The arrow on the locking nut must point towards the hole in the edge of the panel. FC ote: Due to the manufacturing process, the holes for the locking nut can be on either surface of the drawer wrap. Step ssemble the drawer a: Place the drawer base 0 into the narrow slot on the drawer wrap.. Fold the wrap around the base. a: plain surface 0 ote: The locking nuts can be on either surface of the drawer sides. Make sure that the small groove is on the inside, as shown. b: Turn the drawer wrap assembly over and push it onto the back of the drawer front 6. ote: Turn the locking nuts C clockwise to secure panels - more than / a turn. ssembly Instructions Step 3 ttach the handle F F ttach a handle Q to the drawer front 6 using screws F. 6 Q This shows the handle for the ak unit. You may have the White unit. Step 4 Fit runners to left side a: Place a runner P on the left side. Slide back the top of runner and use the nd hole from the front to fit the st screw J. a: J P J P b: Slide the runner back the other way and fit the nd screw J into the corresponding hole in the left side. b: J c: Insert large locking nuts into the left side.. ote: The arrow on the locking nut must point towards the hole in the edge of the panel. Fit hinge plates onto the left side, making sure that the slot is facing towards the finished. c: 5
ssembly Instructions Step 5 Fit runners to right side a: P J a: Place a runner P on the right side. Slide back the top of runner and use the nd hole from the front to fit the st screw J. P J b: Slide the runner back the other way and fit the nd screw J into the corresponding hole in the right side. b: J c: Insert large locking nuts into the right side. ote: The arrow on the locking nut must point towards the hole in the edge of the panel. Fit hinge plates onto the right side, making sure that the slot is facing towards the c: 6
ssembly Instructions Step 6 Prepare the top G ote: The top and base panels are very similar but, the holes in the top panel are not drilled all the way through. Fix a bracket M to the middle of the top 3, flush to the back edge, using screw G. Screw 4 metal dowels into the holes shown on the top 3. 3 M M Step 7 Join the top and right side Push the top 3 onto the right side. 3 Use a screwdriver to tighten the large locking nuts fitted to the right side. ote: Turn the large locking nuts as far as they will go - more than / a turn. 3 7

Use a screwdriver to tighten the large locking nuts fitted to the left side. 3 ote: Turn the large locking nuts as far as they will go - more than / a turn. ssembly Instructions Step 0 Fit the plastic nails Tap the plastic nails into the base 4 as shown. The plastic nails must go up into the bottom edge of the left side and right side. K K K 4 K K K Step Fit the back a: The measurement from top corner X to bottom corner X must be equal to the measurement from top corner Y to bottom corner Y a: Square up the unit by making sure that measurement x to x equals y to y. b: Place the back onto the unit. 0 b: D x ail D around the outside edges of the back 0. ote: ails should be spaced about 50mm apart. y 0 y Stand the unit up for the next step. x
ssembly Instructions Step Secure unit to a wall To prevent possible overbalancing we recommend that this unit is secured to a suitable wall by use of the metal bracket M fitted under the top 3 of the unit. Fixings are not supplied as they will need to suit the wall type, and the length of screw will depend on the distance of the back of the unit to the wall. Warning: Take care when drilling the wall that you do not drill into any pipes, wires etc. If in doubt, consult an expert. Step 3 Fit the shelf studs For each of the 3 shelves 5, insert 4 shelf studs at the required height. M 3 WTop of unit M Make sure that the plastic sleeve is fully pushed onto the shelf stud. W0
ssembly Instructions Step 4 Fit the shelves ower the 3 shelves down onto the shelf studs. 5 5 5 5 Step 5 Fit the drawer I This shows the ak unit. You may have the White unit. Slide both the runners P forward and locate the sides of the drawer wrap. between them, lining up the holes in the drawer wrap with the nd 'threaded' holes in the runners P. Working from the inside of the drawer, insert screws I through the drawer sides and out into the nd threaded hole in the runner P. P nd threaded hole I I ote: Do not overtighten the screws I. If they catch on the runner P you may need to loosen them slightly.
ssembly Instructions Step 6 Prepare the doors Push fit hinges into each door 7 and 8. 7 Secure each hinge with screws. ote: efore securing with the screws, make sure that the hinges are positioned at 0 degrees with the edge of the door. 0 x ote: The right door 8 has a shallow identification hole between the handle holes. x 8 0
ssembly Instructions Step 7 Fit doors and handles a: b: ote: The easiest way to attach each door 7 and. 8 is to fit the top hinge first, then align and fit the other hinges. a: Push the hinge onto the front part of the hinge plate. The recess at the bottom of screw goes into the slot in the hinge plate. c: d: b: Keep the hinge FT against the hinge plate as you slide it across as far as it will go. Tighten screw. c: The hinge must be flat against the hinge plate prior to any adjustment. This shows the handles for the ak unit. You may have the White unit. e: d: The hinge must T be T GE to the hinge plate when assembled. This would indicate that the recess at the bottom of screw had not located in the slot in the hinge plate and the hinge would not be secure. Remove the hinge from the hinge plate and then re-assemble being careful to follow instructions a-c. 7 Q F F 8 Q e: ttach a handle Q to each door 7 and 8 using screws F. ote: The right door 8 has a shallow identification hole between the handle holes. 3
ssembly Instructions Step 8 djust the doors if needed a: efore adjusting the doors, use a spirit level to check the base (or top) of the unit is level, front-to-back and side-to-side in the 3 positions shown. Use suitable packing pieces (not supplied) to make the unit level EFRE making any adjustment to the hinges, as shown. a: b: b: eight adjustment. oosen screws on hinge plates and move door up or down as required. Retighten screw. c: Forward and ack adjustment. oosen screw on hinge plate and move door in or out as required. Retighten screw. c: d: d: Sideways adjustment. To move door out loosen screw C.
