My ABC Book of Handprints By 1 2 3 Learn Curriculum Handmade with love! 1 2 3 Learn Curriculum http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/store/krista-wallden

My ABC Book of Handprints Using the following template and pictures, you will be able to make an ABC book of handprints. The pictures show some handprints using wiggly eyes. This will make the book thicker. If you decide you want to go with a thinner book, make eyes out of card stock, black markers and glue to the handprints. 1 2 3 Learn Curriculum

My ABC Book of Handprints - Directions The following pages show pictures for each letter of the alphabet. All handprint pages are printed up on white card stock, for better durability. Handprints were all done on a separate piece of white card stock and when dried, trimmed and attached to a color piece of card stick using double sided take. Trimmed again and then attached to each child s ABC handprint book. (I was able to place 2 different children s handprints on each sheet of white card stick and marking their names in pencil). This gives you a better choice of the handprint placement and not having to re-do handprints that didn t turn out. It also gives you the opportunity to be more elaborate with each handprint. (Sample: Nest adding a branch, leaves and a sun). Print up each book ahead of time and bind with a binding machine. As you do a letter each week, make the handprint one of the activities. By the end of the school year, children will be able to bring home their ABC Book of Handprints. You can also do this activity 1 page at a time and send home each week. Have fun Jean 1 2 3 Learn Curriculum
