GUIDELINES AND STANDARDS OF CONDUCT FOR PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY The following photography and filming Standards of Conduct are applicable to all in-house and non-staying guests at and AYANA Lako di a. 1.0 ALL GUESTS Guests staying at AYANA Komodo Resort or Lako di a are permitted to take photography in approved public areas using hand phone, GoPro and non-professional cameras. Guests are not permitted to shoot in non-approved areas or any bedrooms or villa gardens apart from their own. Guests cannot shoot or film for any purpose other than candidphotography fortheir own personal use excluding weddings, and noncommercial reasons. Should in-house guests wish to book a Private Photography Session, please review section 5.0 below. Our guests comfort is our priority at all times, we ask those taking photographs to respect both the property and guest privacy. Please refrain from blocking or obstructing walkways and views and avoid additional equipment such as tripods and extension cords. Drones are not permitted. Please note that the Hotel retains the right to stop photography from taking place for any reason at any time. 2.0 NON-HOTEL GUESTS Our aim is to preserve our guest experience at all times.non-hotel guests are only permitted to shoot candid personal photography within public areas without blocking or obstructing walkways and views. Please refrain from using additional equipment such as tripods and extension cords. Any non-hotel guests wishing to shoot for wedding, professional or commercial reasons are invited to review our Wedding and Commercial Photography standards below. Drones are not permitted. Please note that the Hotel retains the right to stop photography from taking place for any reason at any time. 3.0 COMMERICAL PHOTOGRAPHY(related with media shoots, TV shoots, or advertising) Commercial photography and videographyare not permitted without prior written permission from the AYANA Public Relations team. Please note that the Hotel retains the right to stop photography from taking place at any time. Should unauthorized photographs or video appear online or in print without permission, persons may be liable for fines of over RP. 50,000,000++.
3.1 BOOKING A COMMERCIAL SHOOT Should you wish to book commercial shooting time, please contact AYANA Public Relations team at pr.coordinator@ayanaresort.com. Please note that bookers must provide details of where and how the photographs/video will be used, which must correlate with AYANA s brand standards. Shoot agreements will be at the discretion of AYANA Public Relations team. 4.0 PRE-WEDDING OR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY Pre-wedding or wedding photography and videography are only available for guests staying at the resort and have confirmed a wedding ceremony or wedding reception at or AYANA Lako di a; AYANA Resort and Spa, BALI, The Villas at AYANA Resort, RIMBA Jimbaran BALI by AYANA or AYANA Midplaza Jakarta. Should any photographs or video appear online or in print without permission, persons may be liable for fines of over RP. 50,000,000++. 4.1 BOOKING A WEDDING Should you wish to book wedding, please contact AYANA Wedding team at weddings@ayanaresort.com. 5.0 PRIVATE PHOTOGRAPHY FOR IN-HOUSE GUESTS Private photography and videography are not permitted without prior written permission from the Guest Relations Team of or AYANA Lako di a. Please note that the following persons or items are not permitted for private shoots: Additional camera equipment such aslighting, specialist lenses, tripods, reflectors or laptops Team members for lighting, equipment, wardrobe, hair & make-up Costumes and clothing changes Professional models Drones If such equipment is used, or if work should appear online or in print without permission, persons may be liable for finesof over RP. 50,000,000++.
5.1 BOOKING AN IN-HOUSE GUEST PRIVATE SHOOT Should you wish to book a private shooting time as an in-house guest, please contact AYANA Komodo Resort Guest Relations Team the following details: AYANA s Guest Relation Department at gro@ayanakomodo.com The resort shooting fee is from RP9.000.000++ per 5 persons for one (1) hour. Price includes AYANA team member assistance, a one-hour shoot package on agreed areas, subject to availability. Please note that bookers must provide details of where and how the photographs/video will be used, which must correlate with AYANA s brand standards. Private shooting locations include: Naga Pier Beach Area AYANA Komodo Kukusan Terrace (Subject to availability) Please note that photo or video shooting are not permitted in any other areas in or around the resort. Drones are not permitted. Booking subject to availability upon request. 5.2 GENERAL REGULATION FOR PRIVATE SHOOTING 1. The resort shooting fee is from RP9.000.000++ valid per 5 persons. 2. The extended price is for up toone (1) hour of shooting time. 3. Maximum booking up to ten (10) personsper shoot. Persons must include the photographer/videographer. 4. Photographer should be provided by the booker. 5. Specific requests for Japanese/ Russian/ Chinese languageassistance during photo sessions will cost an additional fee of RP. 2.000.000++ per person per hour. 6. Prices are subject to 21% government tax and service charge. 7. Set-up shall not take place prior to 9.00am and shall not run past 6.00pm each day. All equipment must be removed from every location by the time shooting is finished each day. 8. The Hotel is not liable for any equipment or personal effects. 9. Reservations should be received at least seven (7) days in advance and are based on availability. The Hotel will give written confirmation in return to reconfirm the shooting. 10. Location for shooting is determined based on availability. The Hotel team must receive the list of locations required for the photo shoot at least 72 hours prior to the shoot date to confirm availability and reserve accordingly. 11. No member of the cast or crew shall lounge, sleep or loiter in the operating areas of the Hotel, i.e., lobby, restaurants, pool, courtyard, guest room floors or other public spaces. 12. Drones are not permitted. Please refer to our Drone Policy for further information. 13. Charges will apply for any damages to internal or external fixtures or fittings of the property.
6.0 DRONE POLICY Safety and privacy of our guests, employees and property is of primary concern to our resort. The unauthorized use of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), including, but not limited to, drones and radio controlled aircraft and devices, by the public, employees or guests is strictly prohibited. This prohibition on drone use extends to any drones launched or operated from the resort property, as well as drones launched from any property outside of resort boundaries. Any violation of this policy may cause confiscation of the equipment. Violators will be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, physical or personal injuries, property damage, and damage for violations of privacy, regulatory fines and legal fees. 7.0 TERMS OF PAYMENT We require a 100% non-refundable deposit which must be paid at least 48 hours before entering the property for the purposes of photography and filming, or set-up. We would appreciate if you could fax a copy of bank transfer when you send the above payment. Once we receive the money, we will pass it to our accounting department to be posted as a deposit. 1.
