PLEASE KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: Please check contents and read instructions carefully before commencing assembly. To avoid damages assemble the item on a soft, clean surface. Assemble in the room of use. HEALTH & SAFETY: DO NOT use this item if any parts are missing, damaged or worn. DO NOT use this item unless all fixings are secured. Always use on a level, even surface. It is recommended that two people handle and assemble the item. Keep small parts out of the reach of children. CARE & MAINTENANCE: This product is manufactured in pine which is a wood with natural characteristics including knots, grains, clusters or indentations. On unpacking the item you may notice an odour due to the production process, however, this will disappear after a period of time. DO NOT place the item next to a radiator or direct sunlight as this item is susceptible to temperature change. It is recommended to maintain an even room temperature with no sudden fluctuations. For general cleaning use a duster or damp cloth (almost dry) not wet do not use soap and water, detergents, aerosol sprays or any polish as the use of these materials would invalidate any claims. You may wish to re-treat the surface to maintain the original finish. This can be done using block wax (unperfumed). Please follow the manufacturer s instructions carefully. DO NOT place the item onto wet or damp flooring as staining may occur to the floor. Periodically check all screws & fixings to ensure they are secure. Step 1: Insert the right panel (2) into the right front frame (9) ensuring the parts are fully pushed together and correctly lined up. Place the cleats (26) between the marks shown and secure using hardware part D and a screwdriver (not provided). Step 2: Insert the left panel (3) into the left front frame (10) ensuring the parts are fully pushed together and correctly lined up. Place the cleats (26) between the marks shown and secure using hardware part D and a screwdriver (not provided).do NOT use any power tools as this may damage the frame and will invalidate any claim. Step 3: Insert hardware part A using a small mallet (not provided). Step 4: Connect the frame sections together as shown. Page 5 of 11
Step 5: Attach the base panel (6) to the left centre panel (5) and right centre panel (4) using hardware part E and a screwdriver (not provided). Step 6: Join the two sections together using hardware part D and a screwdriver (not provided). Step 7: Attach the left panel (2) and right panel (3) using hardware part E and a screwdriver (not provided). Page 6 of 11
Step 8: Attach the top panel (1) using hardware part D, then attach the support (23) using hardware part F. You will need to use a screwdriver (not provided). Step 9: Attach the side drawer runners (24) using hardware part F and a screwdriver (not provided). Page 7 of 11
Step 10: Attach the middle drawer runners (25) using hardware part D and a screwdriver (not provided). Step 11: Secure the bottom front frame (12), side plinths (7) and front plinth (8) using hardware part C and a screwdriver (not provided). Page 8 of 11
Step 12: Assemble the drawer components using hardware parts C, G and H with a screwdriver (not provided). Step 13: Attach hardware part J to the doors (20) using hardware part B. Attach hardware part H using hardware part G. You will need to use a screwdriver (not provided). Step 14: Secure the doors (20) using hardware part B and a screwdriver (not provided). Page 9 of 11
Step 15: Attach hardware part K using hardware part B ensuring the small wheels are flush with the base edge. Insert hardware part L ensuring they are level, then push the doors against them to make two small marks. Secure hardware part L using hardware part B. You will need to use a screwdriver (not provided). Step 16: Insert the assembled drawers and secure using hardware part A and a small mallet (not provided). Page 10 of 11
Step 17: Attach the outer back panels (21) and centre back panel (22) using hardware part N and a small mallet (not provided). Step 18: Insert hardware part M using a small mallet (not provided).
