PAUL MANSON Q1. Please state your name and present positions. My name is Paul B. Manson. I am currently the President of Sea Breeze Victoria Converter Corporation, Director of Juan de Fuca Cable Management Inc., President of SBJF Holding Corp., and President and CEO of Sea Breeze Power Corp. Q2. How long have you held those positions? I have been President of Sea Breeze Victoria Converter Corporation since July 2005, Director of Juan de Fuca Cable Management Inc. since February 2005, President of SBJF Holding Corp. since March 2005, and President of Sea Breeze Power Corp. since May 2003. Q3. Prior to these positions, what other positions did you hold, and with whom? I have been with Sea Breeze Power Corp. (formerly known as International Powerhouse Energy Corp.) in a full-time capacity since 2000. Before becoming President in 2003, I served as the Secretary. I also worked periodically with Sea Breeze Power Corp. as an independent consultant for several years prior to joining the company full-time. Prior to joining Sea Breeze I worked with True Star Petroleum Corp. (formerly known as Trinity Plumas Capital Corp. and prior to that as Seine River Resources Inc.) initially as Secretary (from 1988 to 1996) and later as President (from 1996 to 2005). I have also served as President for Banks Island Management Services Inc., a privately owned management consulting firm, since 1997. I attended Carleton College in Minnesota and have taken several business administration as well as the Canadian Securities Course. courses I have served as an executive, as an officer, and as a director of several public companies. My role in the application process has consisted of strategic planning, project financing, and editorial review. I have contributed a general recognition of climate change, an understanding of geographic distribution of British Columbia's renewable resource potential, recognition of infrastructure requirements required to support large scale renewable energy development within British Columbia, and strategic planning.

BRIAN CHERNACK Qt. Please state your name and present positions. My name is Brian Chernack. I am the Director of Sea Breeze Victoria Converter Corporation, the President of Sea Breeze Pacific Regional Transmission Systems, Inc., and the President of Boundless Energy, LLC. Q2. How long have you held those positions? I have held my position with Sea Breeze since August 2005. Energy, LLC since its establishment in 1997. I have been President of Boundless Q3. Prior to these positions, what other positions did you hold, and with whom? Between 1991 and 1997, I was a principal of Tompkins Research and Management Consulting. From 1984 to 1990, I held the position of Vice President for Project Development of KTI Energy, Inc. For thirteen years prior to my association with KTI Energy, I served as the Executive Director of the Southern Maine Regional Planning Commission.. I hold a liberal arts degree from Wesleyan University and a graduate level certification in public transportation planning and policy from Northwestern University and the University of North Carolina. I have an extensive background in the conception and development of infrastructure projects, principally energy-related, in both the public and private sectors. In my executive capacities with Southern Maine Regional Planning Commission and KTI Energy, I recruited and managed scores of multi-discipline engineers, scientists, and lawyers. I played a major role in the strategic planning and project development overview, as well as in the retention and review of consultants. I have been involved in preparation of the VIC CPCN Application and in responses to Information Requests. I was also involved in drafting the Presidential Permit application. Yes, I participated in the recruitment and direction of legal and environmental consultants.
ZAK EL-RAMLY Q1. Please state your name and present position. My name is Dr. Zak El-Ramly and I am the President of ZE PowerGroup Inc. and ZE Power Engineering Inc. Q2. How long have you held that position? I have held this position since I founded ZE PowerGroup Technologies in 2005.. in 1995 and since I acquired MIT Q3. Prior to this position, what other positions did you hold, and with whom? Prior to this position I worked for Powerex from 1990 to 1995, first as Vice President, Development, then as Executive Vice President, Marketing. Before working for Powerex, I worked for BC Hydro in several key managerial positions related to various utility functions from 1977 to 1993, including Manager of Rates and Forecasting, Manager of Policy Development, Manager of Business Development, and a member of the Corporate Planning Committee. I hold a B.Sc., an M.Eng., and a Ph.D. in engineering. I am a registered professional engineer in BC, and formerly in Ontario. My areas of expertise are business and regulatory strategy development, planning, and risk management. 1 developed the market view, assisted in the regulatory strategy, supervised the system planning aspects of the application, and recently supervised the financial analysis. 1 also assisted extensively in writing the application and in responding to the Information Requests in the areas described above. Yes, I have relied on the ZE PowerGroup and ZE Power Engineering resources. Key members of these teams are appearing on various Sea Breeze witness panels in this proceeding.
