Pole fitting is a fast estimate of the resonances in the system (low resolution). Shorter bunch calculations (4mm) extend to higher frequency ranges. Computing demands are higher. Less resolution accuracy Longer bunch calculations (9mm) offer higher accuracy in the low frequency range. 22
