Being the year of the Olympics we propose to have a Celtic Warrior competition to see which clan will represent Ireland in the great games. Your group will be divided into clans i.e. O Brien s, Kelly s, Murphy s etc. and will wear the family tunic during the games. We will present a session of old Irish games n the lawns of the venue for your group which will involve fun, agility and some great team work. We can have the winning team announced straight away or you can keep the results secret until later that night. Step back in time and play the games of our ancestors. This unique Irish experience is packed full of exciting and fun challenges. Divided into teams your group will compete in all the events and will use all their talents be they brain or brawn to outwit the other teams. A cracking day our for all. It only takes 50 minutes and is really great fun. The whole group will work together to break the codes to unlock the safe. Teams are given a selection of locked boxes and props, the team must crack the codes using their combined creativity within the time provided. The event begins with a message delivered by the event co-ordinator who will invite the teams to break the codes before the countdown clock hits zero. All items that are needed to crack the codes are provided but need to be uncovered. Teams will use creative thinking rather than physical power to open each lock. For each puzzle that is solved will lead to another until all the problems are solved. This is all about how teams communicate effectively to solve a problem, there is no room for solo runs by individuals and it is all about joined up thinking.

Despite its medieval origins archery has now been developed into a high-tech and highly competitive sport. Upon entering our target archery range complete with safety net and marquee guests are given a full safety brief by our qualified Instructors. Using the very latest equipment guests are taught the skills required to strike gold on the competition shoot. This can be an individual event, Country Pursuits Day or part of a team building challenge.

Part 2 The Tasks Each team will be given 7-10 tasks and games to complete. Each task will take 8-10mins. Depending on how well the teams do in the tasks they will be awarded points. The number of points will be added onto the score the team achieves in the flying challenge. Part 3 The Flight Each team will be given the opportunity to have one test flight where they will be able to work out the ratio of water to air that will be used to fuel the rocket. Finally the team will set up their rocket on the launch pad and try and fly it as far as they can using their pre determined amount of water and compressed air. The further the rocket flies the more points achieved..
