Data Collection and Analysis Data collected on every unit returned since 2001. Longer for some product lines. System in place for capturing reported but nonreturned units. analysis performed on a yearly basis for all data gathered the previous year. Performed using Exponential and Weibull distributions. Used to update predictions and look for trends. FMECAs are updated at the same time. 12
