Points to remember for teachers 1. Cover the table or mat with plastic sheet or an old newspaper. 2. Collect all the materials and equipments you need before the activity and put them on the table or mat. 3. Protect your children clothes by wearing apron.. Roll up your and children sleeves. 5. The demonstration of the activity should be visible for all the children. 6. Before starting the activity motivate the children so that they may get involved. 7. Introduce the activity which you are going to perform, e.g. if you are crafting a lion mask so introduce and show them the picture of a lion first. 8. Do the activity step by step with children; make sure every child is following your instructions. 9. Your instructions should be very clear and simple so that children might understand easily. 10. Make sure children are not using any sharp edged material like cutter or pointed scissor etc. these materials can only be used by teachers. 11. Give children round shape scissors 12. If the cutting work is difficult, too much or consists of tiny objects, the teacher must cut before the activity in her free time for all children. 13. Help the child when it is required otherwise do not interfere, just observe. 1. Help children for folding if required. 15. Always use transparent glue. 16. Teacher should keep patience during the activity as children do work slowly. 17. After the activity, guide the children to wash their hands with soap and put all the material back to its place. 18. Appreciate the children for their work by using simple sentences like, wow! you have done a great job., bravo, superb or excellent etc. 19. Wash all the brushes and let them dry. 20. Clean the place and things then arrange all the material back to its appropriat position.

Material Needed: Pencil Scissors Scale Stapler Any Coloured Chart Paper Colour Paper Gli ers Beads Draw the pa ern on the strip as shown in the picture. Apply glue on circles and paste them on the crown. Instructions: Help child to cut the pa ern of the crown and circle for the crown. Teacher also draws any pa ern just like zigzag, round & triangles. 5

Bu er y Material Needed: Tube Paints Marker Instructions: Take tube paint and make dots on the half wing of the bu er y then fold the page into half & press it to get the print for second wing. Draw the ten cles with marker. Outcome Date: 2

Frog 1 Take a paper glass and paint it with green paint. Draw a tongue on a red chart paper and eyes on white paper. Cut them with scissors. Material Needed: Paper Glass Green Paint Green & Red Chart Paper Scissors Whit Paper Glue 2 5 Draw legs of the frog on green chart paper and cut it with scissors. Paste the arms and legs on the frog as shown in the picture. Date: Draw the hands of frog on the green chart paper and cut them with scissors. Paste the eyes and tongue on the frog as shown in the picture. Instructions: Help the child to cut the legs, hands, eyes and tongue. You can also make bird, peacock, duck with the help of paper glass. 3 6 25
