Always check hardware and assembled parts after assembling. All connections should be tight and hardware tightened. 5. Keep children away. Children must never be allowed in the work area. Do not allow childrento stand on, or climb on the chair. Children should be supervised by a responsible adult when they use this product. 6. Dress properly. Gloves and nonskid footwear are recommended when assembling the Adirondack Chair. Wear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair. 7. Use eye protection. Always wear ANSI approved impact safety goggles when assembling the Adirondack Chair. 8. There are certain applications for which this Chair was designed. 9. Do not assemble or set up the Adirondack Chair if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Read warning labels on prescriptions to determine if your judgement or reflexes are impaired while taking drugs. If there is any doubt, do not assemble or set up the Chair. 0. Only use the Chair on a flat, level and solid surface capable of supporting the Chair and the person sitting in the chair.. Do not exceed the Chair s maximum weight capacity of 250 Lbs. Unpacking When unpacking the Adirondack Chair, check to make sure the following parts are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS at -800-444-3353. Assembly/ Operation Your Adirondack Chair will require complete assembly. It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with the product BEFORE you assemble and use the Chair. Before assembling the Chair be sure that you have all parts described in the Parts List and Assembly Diagram located on the last pages of this manual.. Attach the Front Left Leg (C) and (C2) to the Seat (B). Line up the three (3) holes on each Front Leg (C and C2) with the 3 holes located on the right and left side of the Seat (B). Insert a Bolt (H) through each hole and thread on Nut (H) to secure-see Figure. 2. Attach one Support (D) to each side of the Seat (B) at opposite ends from the Front Legs (C and C2). The Supports (D) will be placed so that they stick up from the Seat (B) -see Figure 2. Figure Figure 2-Rear View Front Left Leg Seat Bolts and Nuts Support (D) Seat (B) 3 Bolts and Nuts (H) 3. Line up the three holes in each Support (D) with the three holes located on each side of the Seat (B). Insert a Bolt (H) through each hole and thread on Nut (H) to secure-see Figure 2. 4. Attach the Left Arm (E) to the Front Left Leg (C). Attach the Right Arm (E2) to the Front Right Leg (C2). Insert two Screws (G) through the Left Arm (E) and Front Left Leg (C). Repeat for Right Arm (E2) and (C2)-see Figure 3 and Figure 4 on page 4. SKU 92460 For technical questions please call -800-444-3353. Page 3

Insert one Bolt (I) and one Nut (I) through the Left Arm (E) and into the Support (D). Repeat for Support (D) and Right Arm (E2)-see Figure 3. 6. Connect the (A) to the Seat (B). Set the (A) so that the horizontal brace at the top-rear is resting on the top edge of the Supports (D). The bottom of the will rest on the Seat (B). Attach the front Cross Brace (F) to the and Front Left Leg (C and C2). Insert Screws (G) through the front and into the front of the Legs (C and C2)-see Figure 6. 7. Set up the Adirondack Chair and make certain it is square, level and stable. Make certain all hardware is fully tightened. Only use the Chair on a flat, level and solid surface capable of supporting the Chair and the person sitting in the chair.
