Proceeds are to help cover costs of the shows. Our planning meetings was held on March 21 st and April 25 th. A discussion of the weekend events and where help is needed took place. HELP is NEEDED FOR: Craft Fun-raiser CHAIRPERSON IS Holly Semich with help from her mom, Shirley. The crafts will be displayed for sale Saturday and Sunday at our ring. We have some crafts left over but will be accepting any additional ones also. PLEASE CONTACT EITHER HOLLY OR SHIRLEY IF YOU ARE DONATING ITEMS. Proceeds will go towards show costs. Proceeds will go towards show costs. Trophy table Saturday and Sunday someone is needed to sit at the trophy table for Sunday only. We have a lot of items for these two days and it is a needed courtesy for the ring steward. ALL TROPHIES are clearly marked in advance for easy distribution. Thank you to Lorrie Nogrady who offered to do the trophies on Saturday.

HOSPITALITY TABLES - Shirley is working with the caterer on our menu and planning. SOMEONE IS NEEDED TO COVER THE TABLES AND BE SURE THEY LOOK GREAT BEFORE THE CATERER GETS THERE. Deb & Skip will START THE COFFEE POT EACH MORNING. (time will be better known once we get the schedule). Coffee is made available every morning all weekend, especially if it is cold. Water and pop will need to be put into coolers with ice. IT WAS DECIDED TO PURCHASE ICE AS NEEDED AT THE SHOW SITE TO ELIMINATE THE NEED OF SOMEONE GOING TO WALMART. Please remember while we already have some volunteers commit to different jobs, they will need relief throughout the day to eat and use the restroom. If you find you some time, please jump right in and ask where you can help. We are normally set up at the main rings in time to be ready for judging and break down when groups start or when it is no longer busy for the day. Due to the show being 4 days instead of 5 this year, we have adjusted our raffles. Baskets and the Dyson will be drawn on Sunday. The 50/50 will be drawn on Monday. PLEASE plan to attend and help.
