TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORT The hotel runs a shuttle from Lambert Airport to the hotel every 15 minutes. We can use both the Sheraton and the Double Tree Hotel shuttles for transportation to the hotel. You can hail a cab directly from the airport. Fare from the airport to the hotel is estimated at $25-$30. FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER Pujols 5 Westport Grill is located right next door to the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel. They feature exceptional menu items along with a dazzling and varied sports-themed environment. A condensed version of the Pujols 5 menu will be available. Dinner includes choice of soup or salad and choice of entree: steak, chicken, salmon, or pasta. Fountain drinks are included in dinner price and a cash bar will be available for alcoholic beverages.

MEET THE SPEAKERS KEN PERRY, CMI Ken is the President and CEO of Broker Knowledge Group, a training and consulting firm that specializes in mortgage, real estate and finance education. As a 15-year veteran of the mortgage industry, Ken s vast interactions training mortgage professionals inspired him to pursue his dream of bringing positive change to the mortgage industry on a much larger scale. Broker Knowledge Group is an approved course provider of the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and is dedicated to bringing a unique, not-what-you-expect style of education to its clients by mixing passion and humor with extreme knowledge. Ken s center of operations is now based in Portland, OR, although his speaking engagements take him all over the United States. Ken currently lives in Camas, WA with his three children and one wife. IVA DEOBALD, GML, CMI, CMP If you re looking to be educated, entertained and inspired, Iva is a passionate speaker who brings her own unique style, energy, and enthusiasm to the podium, and consistently receives rave reviews for her speaking presentations. Employing a background in education and finance, combined with her fabulous storytelling skills, Iva uses her own life experiences as well as her extensive financial knowledge, to create an atmosphere that is at once exciting, engaging, insightful, as well as humorous. DON EFFERTZ Don is the Vice President of Fraud Risk Management at Data Verify. He manages daily and project related activities including product testing, research and development, and product integration. He has developed a successful File Audit program and writes articles on the topic of mortgage fraud for national industry publications. Don has worked in many areas of risk management and quality control. He developed and managed the Industry Relations group which was responsible for conducting local and national speaking and training events.

MEET THE SPEAKERS DAVID SHOWALTER David is the Sr. Sales Manager for Data Facts, a Memphis based mortgage credit reporting agency that assists hundreds of today s top lenders throughout the South and South-Central region of the United States. Since joining Data Facts in 2005, David has held several different positions. Before moving into his current role of Senior Sales Manager for the Mortgage Division, he was asked to head up product development of Data Facts tenant screening division. Over and above sales, and the challenge of sales in today s economic climate, David s real driving passion is teaching and education. Opportunities to share credit information and education to the mortgage industry, his clients, prospects, family or friends is the most rewarding part of what he does on a regular basis. David lives in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, area with his wife of 21 years, Keron, and their two children, Caleb (18) and Summer (14). ANTHONY GUARINO Anthony has been with Genworth Mortgage Insurance for over 10 years. He is currently Vice President, Policy Development, supporting Genworth s Government Relations efforts to secure and improve the role of Mortgage Insurance in the US housing finance framework. He and his team are responsible for developing detailed analytical presentations and advocating the findings to key policy makers, regulators, legislators and impacted constituencies, in support of Genworth and the MI industry. Anthony started his career in GE s Financial Management Program and worked in several different GE Capital businesses including assignments in Connecticut, Atlanta and Cologne, Germany. He came to MI in 2000 where he has held various roles of increasing responsibility including Manager Finance- New Products & Pricing, Account Development Manager, Director- Product Management, and Vice President- Product Development. Anthony currently lives in Raleigh, NC and is a graduate of State University of New York at Potsdam (Physics), and Clarkson University (MBA). AJ OWEN AJ is a realtor and trainer for Carbon Print Consulting. He has been in the Real Estate business for over 10 years. As a real estate business coach he will coach you through the planning process, the learning process, and implementation to keep you on track and hold you accountable. He will provide you with the direction and action steps to help you overcome obstacles and reach new levels of SUCCESS! Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, AJ worked for one of the oldest real estate companies that is ranked in the top 100 in the United States, NP Dodge Real Estate. He served as Director of Education for over 540 agents and was instrumental in the success of an Omaha 30 UNDER 30 award winner, Robert Wiebusch. He is presently a member of the St. Charles County Association of Realtors and the St. Charles Women s Council of Realtors. AJ has expanded Carbon Print Consulting to help agents here in the St. Louis, Columbia, and Kansas City areas. He understands the need for one to one and small group consulting and is always accessible to his clients. There are no CD s, books, programs, etc., to purchase.
