Advised Beijing Shouhuan Cultural Tourism Investment, a consortium of four state-owned companies, in the establishment of a Universal Studios theme park in Beijing. Advised China Life in the US$1.65 billion acquisition of 1285 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan, the highest value New York City office building transaction in 2016.
