Staker, President & Chief Executive Officer Plastic Packaging Technologies, LLC David Staker serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Plastic Packaging Technologies (PPT), a vertically-integrated manufacturer of value-added flexible packaging materials with facilities in Kansas City, Kansas and Columbus, Ohio. PPT serves customers throughout North America in a wide variety of markets including food packaging, pet care, health care and specialty consumer, among others, specializing in high definition printing, laminating, slitting and innovative pouch and bag converting. Mr. Staker has diverse leadership experience in business, law and investment management. Prior to joining PPT in 2002, Mr. Staker served as Vice President of Prairie Capital Management, Inc., an investment management and advisory firm. Mr. Staker began his professional career as an attorney with the international law firm of Sonnenschien, Nath & Rosenthal specializing in corporate finance, securities and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Staker earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Kansas and a J.D., graduating Order of the Coif, from the University of Kansas School of Law.

Consumer Goods Packaging Mr. Franke has 27 years experience in consumer packaging, including pouch converting. He joined Nordenia International AG in 1996, and relocated 2008 to the US to serve as VP of sales with Mondi. Mr. Franke has been the President and COO of Mondi Jackson, Inc. Consumer Goods Packaging since January 2012. He is responsible for the two consumer packaging plants located in Jackson, Missouri.

He established Blaige & Company, an international investment banking firm dedicated exclusively to the plastics, packaging and chemicals industries, a decade ago. He has 30 years of transaction experience; he and his team of transaction and operations experts have completed over 200 transactions and visited over 400 plastics, packaging, and chemicals operations in over 40 countries. Blaige & Company s proprietary research department tracks and analyzes over 4000 plastics and packaging M&A transactions over the past decade on a worldwide basis. Clients have included Plastic Packaging Technologies, Floeter Flexibles, Constantia Flexibles AG, Sigma Plastics Group/ISO Poly Films and other leaders in pouch converting and the pouch converting supply chain.
