Today we have (Ron Curry) from STS Telecom; (Jamie) (Rhein) from (Winn); (Madison Barry) from Frontier; (Carol Frike) from Sprint; (Gayle Garcia) from AT&T; (Kim Isaacs) from 1
(Integra); (Kerri Burke) from Comcast; (Sherry Zheng) from (Neustar); (Mary Halpin) from AT&T; (Ninfa Bennett) from Cox Communications; (Peggy Rubino) from (Paetec); (Chris Gilpin) from AT&T; (Mary Conquest) from (NuVox); (Stephanie Reynolds) from (Nationsline); (Jamie Shay) from (Integra); (Jeanne Kulesa) from (Synchronoss); (Laurie Roberson) from (Integra); (Metek) from Accenture; and (Loriann Burke) from (XO). Is there anyone I missed please? (Jamie Rhein): Did you say (Jamie Rhein) from (Winn) Telecom? Yes. (Jamie Rhein): Okay, I missed that one. Thank you. No, thank you. (Lan Nguyen): (Lan Nguyen) form (Neustar). Hi (Lan), how are you? (Lan Nguyen): Good, how are you? Good thank you. (Demetrius Robinson): Communication. Hi, you also missed (Demetrius Robinson) with Cox Okay thank you so much. (Demetrius Robinson): Thank you. 2
All right, I believe that is it. Thank you (Wanda). Thank you Evelyn. First up we have (Paul White) from the PSCC with an update on system availability. (Paul White): Hi, thank you. Yeah this is (Paul White), PSCC, and today I m just reporting that all the ordering interfaces are functioning normally and processing with no major processing interruptions. And that s all I have. Okay great, thanks. Any questions for (Paul) regarding system availability? Okay thank you (Paul). Next we have (Kim Taylor) with an update from CTE. (Kim Taylor): Hi, good afternoon everyone. The only thing that I have today is that we did send out the April 2009 regression testing intent late last week. We do have a two-day window, April 15 and 17, where we will have the April code into CTE if any EDI customer would like to test with us. The intent to test is due back to CTE support by March 19. There are no CLEC impacting changes to this release. However, you do have that window if you choose to test. Thank you. Okay any testing questions? Great, thank you (Kim). Next up we have an update from web enhancements and we ll have two speakers this afternoon. First (Lisa Menadue) will review the March update and then (Patty Gautieri) will review the changes made to Contact Us. (Lisa Menadue): Okay thank you. We had some updates to the local ordering guide, the order samples. The first was for wholesale advantage, W87 east. This was updated to include the (ECCKT) field. Next we have under resell order samples for both east and west, order R1 which was ISDN PRI. Both were updated and 3
that flows in with the next update which was to the data gathering form. For both east and west the data gathering forms are updated to remove ISDN PRI and ISDN BRI. They re no longer needed. For Contact Us, (Patty) is going to go over the redesign but just to know - to let you know what updates there were. Under local there were some updates for provisioning, under UNE RCCC and ordering and that included NMC and maintenance and UNE maintenance. Are there any questions? If not I ll pass it over to (Patty). (Patty Gautieri): Thank you (Lisa). Hi everyone. I just wanted to revisit the change management meeting to announce the launch of Contact Us, the redesign which occurred on February 23. I want to thank you for your input. We were able to accommodate the suggestion to list the service center names when a service center is selected from both the local and access landing pages. We are continuing to enhance Contact Us. Currently we re working with the centers to bring the display the information to a standardized format. We just want to remind you all so that if you have any suggestions or feedback to please send it - regarding the change to Contact Us to please change it to - send it to the change management team and they will get it to us. And finally if anybody has any questions or suggestions or feedback on the redesign if they would like to share that now or you can certainly send it to change management, that would be appreciated. (Kim Isaacs): This is (Kim Isaacs) from (Integra). I ve got a quick question. Part of our issue with the escalation list was the - for maintenance. We were being told that there were separate centers that handled design versus non-design voice (great) loops in Verizon West. 4
I do not see that this has been addressed in the updated maintenance for west. Actually the RCMC list unbundled loops and high cap and the VPS UNE maintenance list yield and it says loops and special services. Is there two different teams handling design versus non-design escalations? (Patty Gautieri): I will check with the centers and update Contact Us as needed and certainly let (Wanda) and Evelyn know so they can let the change management community know. I ll investigate that. (Kim Isaacs): Right, because we were at a third level escalation and (Mimi Marquez) says she doesn t do design. (Patty Gautieri): Okay. (Kim Isaacs): So it looks like - right now looking at this we ll be calling her for design escalations again. (Patty Gautieri): Okay. All right, I ll take that back. Thank you very much. (Loriann Burke): Yeah this is (Loriann), I kind of wanted to agree. It seemed that like if you go - you get somewhere different depending on whether you go into local or access for UNE high cap. (Patty Gautieri): Okay. (Loriann Burke): If you go into local you end up with (Mimi Marquez) and (Ruth Nugent) but in reality it s in (Paul McManus) s shop. And if you go through access you can get there. But even though, you know, when you go in local you re specifically looking for UNE high cap and it says it s UNE high cap, it s pointing to the wrong center. 5
(Patty Gautieri): Okay and this is for maintenance as well? (Loriann Burke): And that s for maintenance. (Patty Gautieri): Okay, okay. I ll look into that. Anyone else have any comments or feedback? (Jamie Shay): This is (Jamie) from (Integra), (Jamie Shay). I noticed this morning that I was looking at the provisioning and they have the RCCC information which is familiar and looks correct but I scrolled down to the UNE provisioning and it s got the RCCC contact information in it. (Patty Gautieri): So you re saying the RCCC contact information is the same as UNE provisioning? (Jamie Shay): Exactly. (Patty Gautieri): And that s local, okay. All right, I ll check that out as well. Okay thank you (Jamie). Anything else? All right, thank you everyone. I guess I ll turn it back to (Wanda). Thank you. Okay great, thank you. I appreciate the update. Next on our agenda, there are no updates for the PWG documents for this month. And the last thing that I do have is a follow-up to a conversation that we had last month regarding the OSS charges and how they are allocated. And we went back and reviewed the commission orders in the states where we do assess OSS fees and determined that we were allowed at Verizon to do partial recovery of the expenses that were incurred to implement an ongoing 6
maintenance of the system which is being done in a number of states in the east and a few in the west at this point. So in essence the question last month was there any surplus that could be allocated to do type 5. In essence there is no surplus because we re not even recovering the full fees at this point. Any questions? Okay, any questions about any other topics? Okay if that s it, next month s call will be held on April 14 and I would just like to remind you to please register for the call by 1:00 pm Eastern Time. Thank you very much and I ll talk to you next month. Operator the call is over. Coordinator: This does conclude today s conference. Thank you for attending and please disconnect at this time. END 7
