Words and Music by David Kisor

4) What If Everyone Did It Too? I saw the football quarterback being friends With the kid that always gets picked last in gym Good for them What if everyone did it too? I saw the girl who always gets straight A s in math Doing homework with the kid who struggles in class Now she ll pass What if everyone did it too? Chorus: Talk it out Work it through Heart to heart, me and you Talk it out Work it through What if everyone did it too? I saw a group of kids walking slow enough To make sure the girl on crutches made it on the bus It didn t take much What if everyone did it too? I saw a kid trip and fall and spill all his stuff Two others turned around and helped him up That could be us What if everyone did it too? Repeat Chorus What if What if What if What if everyone did it too? What if Talk it out. What if Work it through What if Me and you. What if everyone did it too? So every day, I use what I have To shine a light, share a smile, a tear, and a laugh That s what I do What if everyone did it too? That s what I do What if everyone did it too? 2012 Growing Sound. Words and Music by David Kisor and Jennifer Ellis.

5)I Want to Know I want to know what you re thinking Is it the same as I think? What is the same, what is different? Tell me, I m here I want to know what you re feeling Is it the same as I feel? What is the same, what is different? Tell me, I m here I want to know what makes you happy I want to know what makes you sad What is the same, what is different? 6) Everyone Is Someone Everyone is Someone She is and he is and You are and I am and We were and they are and We will be certainly Everyone is Someone Things come and things go and And things change and who knows what Comes next but it s clear that I m here and you re here and Everyone is Someone And for everyone, there is someone who means everything And for everyone, there is someone who means everything And for everyone, there is someone who means everything Things come and things go and And things change and who knows what Comes next but it s clear that I m here and you re here and She is and he is and You are and I am and They were and we are and They will be certainly Everyone is someone

7) No Room For Hate Room for the big, the small, the short, the tall and in betweens Room for the preps, the jocks, the brainiacs and beauty queens Room for the ones who simply try it once and get it right Room for the rest of us who make mistakes both day and night Room to go from good to great no room for hate Room for an act of kindness, random smile, another friend Room to go out and try; and win or lose, come back again Room where a thousand different distant brilliant colors blend Room to believe we ll see the day when every war will end Room to sit and contemplate no room for hate Room for the dreamers and the doers to make future plans Room for cooperation, caring hearts and helping hands Room for another try, a do-over, a second chance Room for the dancer to become the dance Room for more consideration, care in every situation Room to let the tension ease; sweet release, inner peace Room for the magical, the practical, the poetry Room for grown up and the child to live in you and me Room for a brand new start and time enough to see it through Room where we find the common thread that flows through me and you Room for the good on my plate no, no room for Room to sit and contemplate no, no room for Room to go from good to great no room for hate

8) Strangers and Friends Your heart beats like mine And your head thinks like mine And we both try to reach to be the best And we both get tired and we both need rest And we both want the other to understand And we both think we have the better plan To get to the end from the start We re strangers and friends Both in our heads and our hearts Your heart beats like mine (your heart beats) And your head thinks like mine (your head thinks) And we both think we know what the other feels And we both fail to see what is really real And we both are so different and both so much the same And we both are to thank and we both are to blame For how it all ends and where it all starts We re strangers and friends Both in our heads and our hearts And my head aches And my heart breaks And the distance from one to the other Is the longest journey I ll ever take Your heart beats like mine And your head thinks like mine And I ll go all the way to the end From wherever we have to start To know the strangers and friends Both in our heads and our hearts

9) Response Ability Response ability Response ability It s not my fight. I didn t start this I m doing nothing wrong. I m just a witness Still I don t feel right about what I see And there s a word I heard that stirs a feeling Deep inside of me Response ability Response ability Don t want to risk getting a pay back But what if that was me under attack Would someone else do something about what I see? And still the word that stirs the feeling Keeps on echoing inside of me Response ability Response ability I stand up. I speak out I have the ability To make a change in what I see I stand up. I speak out I have the ability To say what s right for you and me Response ability

10) Living In My Own Skin VERSE: I ve let the outside world define me I get signs to remind me I won t let it bind me any more I ll show the me no one has seen before CHORUS: Living in my own skin Change the world I m living in No more giving in, time to begin Living in my own skin VERSE: They say things on the internet But I m not an electronic handset I can break free from all the words they say What they say is more about them than me anyway CHORUS: repeat chorus BRIDGE: I don t have to fight to make it I can be braver, I can be bolder They can give it but I don t have to take it I m strong enough to let it roll off my shoulder CHORUS: repeat chorus two times

11) I Make The Difference I make, I make the difference I make, I make the difference VERSE: There he is, that guy That makes me feel *a!!$ #ee+! ill Will it be like last time The same d*^@! >o!! deal? I can find a way above The push and shove, cause CHORUS: I make the difference I say what this is I choose this moment, I m going to own it I make the difference VERSE: There she is, that girl With her clothes and her *a!!$ #ee+! walk Will it be like last time The same d*^@! >o!! talk? I find a way beyond the Same old drama, cause CHORUS: repeat chorus BRIDGE: He may not be ready to change but I am She may want to stay the same but I ve got a different plan CHORUS: repeat chorus

12) Take the Bull Out of Bullying It s been around for many, many years I use what I ve got to cause pain and fear In somebody else, until I make all the decisions And they do what I want. That s one definition of bullying. But the question is why? The answers complicated but at least let s try To understand it when I see it rise in someone else But mostly when I see it coming up in myself It could be fear or it could be competition Or the quest for the glory of a big reputation Or it could be, and here s the most hurtful one Just plain fun Competition, fear, reputation, fun Which one, which one, which one, which one? Long ago we had to face off and compete For land or water or something to eat But these days our basic needs are pretty much complete So what s all the bullying about? Let s talk about bullying for fun Of course it s not fun if you re the bullied one And when the bully is aware of the damage being done The fun stops

Am I afraid? That someone s going to see me The weakness and the flaws inside the real me If they did would they laugh and up and leave me Is that why I pick on someone else? If I build my reputation on someone else s weakness One day someone stronger is going to come along and see this Then I ll be the one doing what the other pleases A victim of my own disease Take the bully out of me So if I take out the bull then I m left with the ying Compared to the yang, the ying is the thing Inside of every one of us that longs to bring Balance, rest, peace and understanding So the one and only way to stop the bully Is to recognize and stop the bully in me Let compassion rule, choose the peaceful thing Once and for all, take the bull out of bullying Take the bully out of me

13) Forever This world is bound to be changing And we re bound to be changing too You start looking at me a little different Cause of the way different I ll be looking at you And maybe we ll grow closer together Or maybe further apart But that s just my head a talkin It means nothing to my heart I m not going to worry about that anyway I m in no hurry. I like how I feel today I love who I am when we re together So from friend to friend, this moment is forever I love who I am when we re together So from friend to friend, this moment is forever 2012 Growing Sound. Words and Music by David Kisor
