Walther multipole heavy duty connectors series DD come with sinle lockin system, series DD and DD 6 with double lockin system., DD 7 and DD 8 are either available with sinle or double lockin system. s series DD always come with contacts which should be ordered separately accordin to the relevant conductor sie. The contacts are crimped with a special crimpin tool and then locked into the contact carrier with an ion tool. If required they can be released with a special removal tool. is the economic and space-savin solution for applications in which hih contact density is needed. Up to 6 contacts can be fitted. The hih contact density re-quires a hih wirin density. In order to ensure comfortable termination, maximum conductor sies and optimum wirin space, Walther offers housins in hiher version. Of course these housins can also be used with the other series. We recommend usin the lockin levers on the firmly mountable wall mount housin or panel housin. If the wall mount housin or panel housin shall be tihtly closed with a sprin cover, please use the sinle lockin system. The millionfold proven crimptype contacts uarantee a safe connection. Snap-on mountin adapters are ideal for mountin into switch cabinets. The swin-type, clearly arraned ion plate allows easy wirin. Instead of or old-plated brass contacts for copper conductors also lass fibre cable contacts out of Polymer Optical Fibre can be used in contact carriers series DD.
