If you need more than that we can certainly do it but I want to make sure we have the stage and screens properly set where you need them before we commit to anything over 300. With the proper set up and utilizing all of Howard Rock A,B, & C we could do 400 but the tables would be very tight. I would not recommend going over 350. I have attached a diagram for your review just so you are aware of what it would look like. If you would like to use the entire ballroom and remove the exhibit tables from the back of the room then we could utilize the entire space and do 500+. Just let me know what you would like to do and I can give you suggestions. SHERATON ICE SPA On Mon, Jan 27, 2014 at 6:11 PM, Patty Hickok <Hickok_p@yahoo.com> wrote: Hi Chris! I actually meant if we add that to be A, B, C for the general sessions. My understanding is that B/C together allow us to have about 200 people in rounds of 8 or 10. 1
At this point that is our big concern. We are getting lots of people registering and we have 3 general sessions where everyone will be in the Howard Rock. Let me know and we will go from there. Keep in mind that if you need AV or a stage in the room it will take away from that number. I think we can safely add 120 Theater Style without any problems. SHERATON ICE SPA 2

If we had a need to add more space to the Howard Rock and decided to add A to what we have (and send the vendors to around the atrium), how many people could we fit total? Thanks! I wanted to contact you in regards to the payment schedule for your events in May. There is a second deposit of $2,000 due today and I wanted to ask how you would like to take care of it. I can come over and pick up a check from you at your office or we can submit the payment to your Credit Card on file. Which would you prefer? I will send you a receipt for the payment either way so just let me know and we can get it taken care of. 4
