Module 1 & 2 Training #5 in both Energy has really started moving. I wrote this in my journal yesterday. I am listing a $520,000 house on Thursday. I have a showing for a $425,000 listing I have tomorrow. I have 2 more agents coming into my office as I have explained this new system to them and have present agents pretty excited too. I have a previous renter looking at homes to buy this Saturday. I had someone call about one of my listings and will probably just rent right now until she can get some credit issues taken care of and then buy. I had someone else call about helping them rent. Then are spending $2800 per month right now. I was just brought in on as a co-listing agent to a restaurant listing. I did my
first ad over the weekend, and got one text inquiry. Sounds kind of low but the listing agent has paid for a mailing list, addressed and postage for 400 postcard mailing, paid advertising on Biz, Buy, Sell, and has only received two calls. You guys are the real deal! I've been dealing with people "claiming" to offer leads and learning tools, but don't come close to you guys! Thank you for your genuine commitment to teach us what we really need to learn to be truly Facebook experts! I boosted my listing for my open house last weekend, Friday I had a buyer contact me and said they wanted to see my listing before the open house, Sat we showed the property and wrote up an offer, we opened escrow yesterday $424,900 listing-double ended. Nicccceee! WOW!! I finally had time to send out 317 emails before todays class...just checked my email..
