When fastening with bolts and nuts, always usea washer (# and #5) between the tube and the bolt and the tube and the nut. 7 5 5 7 7 5 5 7 Step A - Step A - : Fasten the front and rear upright supports (# and #) at the top by using bolts (#7), washers (#5), and plastic nuts (#7). Do the same procedure for both sides. Keep the bolts loose. Step A - Step A - : At both ends, insert the assembled upright supports (# and #) into the top cross beamw/adjustable teeth (#). Tighten all of the plastic nuts and bolts. Do not tighten bolts/nuts after Step A -. Fasten all bolts/nuts after Fig A. Step A - : Fasten the lateral cross braces (#) to the upright supports (# and #) by using bolts (#8), washers (#), and plastic nuts (#6). Do the same procedure for both sides. 6 8 Step A - Step A - : Fasten the rear cross brace (#5) to the rear upright supports (#) by using bolts (#9), washers (#), and plastic nuts (#6). Tighten all of the plastic nuts and bolts. 6 9 Step A - 5 The label arrow marks on the rear cross brace (#5) should be facing upwards. Step B - : Insert the seat arms (#6 and #7) into the seat supports (#8 and #9) and fasten them by using plastic joint covers (#5), bolts (#9), washers (#), and plastic nuts (#6). () The label marked back on the left seat arm (#7) should coincide with the label marked back on the seat rear support (#9) to ensure proper assembly. () The clip holders attached to the seat rear support (#9) should be positioned on the inside of the swing. The open side of the clip holder should be facing upwards. Step B - 6 9 Step B - 9 Step B - : Open the seat assembly (#0) and attach its back to the seat arms (#6 and #7) by using bolt (#0), washers (#), plastic washer (#9), and jam nut (#8). Do the same procedure for both sides. 8 support brace Step B - : Make sure that the support brace on the back of the seat assembly (#0) is fully inserted into the clip holders on the seat rear support (#9). Step B - Step B - : Attach the swing arm tubes (#) to the right and left seat arms (#6 and #7) by using bolts (#), washers (#), and plastic nuts (#6). Do the same procedure for both sides. Step B - 6 Step B - 5: Hook the suspension spring (#6) into the top of both swing arm tubes (#). Do the same procedure for both sides. Step B - 5 Fig. B DON T RETURN TO STORE PAGE OF 7
Step C: Hang the opposite ends of the suspension spring (#6) into the holes located on the top cross beam w/adjustable teeth (#). Do the same procedure for both sides. Warning: Make sure that the ends of the suspension springs (#6) go completely through the holes on the top cross beam w/adjustable teeth (#) and the swing arm tubes (#). Fig. C 0 0 Step D - & Step D - : Slide the canopy/frame connectors (#8) into the side canopy braces (#). Fasten them together by using screws (#) in the pre-drilled holes. Ensure that the teeth on the canopy/frame connectors are facing toward the inside of the frame. Step D - Step D - Step D - Step D - : Insert the front/rear canopy braces (#) into the sleeves of the canopy (#) on both sides. Step D - : Fasten the side canopy braces (#) to the front/ rear canopy braces (#) by using bolts (#) on both sides. Step D - Step D - 5: Velcro the canopy (#) to the side canopy braces (#). Step E: Fasten the canopy/frame connectors (#0) to the adjustable teeth on the top cross beam w/adjustable teeth (#) by using a plastic screw (#). Do this procedure for both sides. 0 0 Fig. E Step F: Place the cushions (#5) onto the seat assembly (#0). Double check to ensure that all of the bolts have been completely tightened to assure stability. 5 5 5 Fig. F Step G: Please make sure that the safety locks on the seat rear support (#9) are fully locked whenever the seat assembly is in a swinging position. See Fig. G - (seat). To flatten the seat assembly, lift up the safety lock and remove the support brace. See Fig. G - (bed) and Fig. H. Then, insert the support brace into the rear cross brace (#5). Step H: The locking mechanism can also be used to convert the seat assembly into a bed. To avoid danger of suffocation, please keep plastic bags or small parts away from babies and children. Do not use bleach, acid, or other solvents on the fabric or frame parts. In order to prolong the life and beauty of your swing, we recommend that the swing be stored in a dry area when not in use. (For example, overnight or on rainy days) Inspect and tighten all bolts and fasteners on a regular basis to ensure the proper performance and safety of your swing. Warranty This product is covered by Courtyard Creations Inc. One year limited warranty. Proof of purchase (dated register receipt) is required for warranty claims. It remains the customer s responsibility for freight and packing charges to and from over service center. Special Warnings: The user of this swing should always inspect it before each use.. It is essential to place the swing on level ground and not less than 6 feet from any obstruction such as fences, garages, the house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires.. Check all bolts and nuts for tightness on a regular basis.. Make sure the suspension springs are always properly hooked before each use.. Oil all metallic moving parts during usage season. 5. Always remove the canopy in heavy wind conditions, otherwise the canopy may tip over and may cause damage to its parts. 6.
