Module 1 Review - Have, Do, Be vs Be, Do, Have Living from the Be, Do, Have paradigm is just more powerful, and means that you focus first on BEING the way you want to be, so you begin to naturally DO the actions aligned with this feeling and, as a result, you soon HAVE the things that you want in your life! - The importance of creating a positive vibration a Happy Place from which to create powerful intentions and inspiring goals (we ll go into this more today). 5 - Daily Success Rituals are crucial to maintaining a positive vibration and may include activities like: o Keeping a daily gratitude journal o Doing random acts of kindness o Offering a compliment or words of encouragement to someone o Watching episodes of www.theinspirationshow.com o Exercising o Playing like a child o Taking me time o Volunteering

As a result of implementing your new Daily Success Rituals, chances are you re already experiencing a massive difference in your energetic vibration! For example, you may find that: You ve been sleeping more soundly You have more energy throughout the day You re coming into contact with more inspiring, positively charged people Life feels generally feeling lighter, happier and easier Where focus goes, energy flows and results show. By focusing on and doing the Mastery Exercises I assign you throughout this program, you re sending energy into the Universe that you are ready for positive change and you WILL see results! And this is absolutely PERFECT Now if you ve been doing the Daily Success Rituals regularly, and you haven t noticed any big differences in your outlook on life or how you re feeling, don t worry! That s completely normal. 6 Allow yourself to follow the rest of this program, and you will manifest HUGE positive changes, guaranteed. Some appear sooner than others, so trust that and stick with it!

Everything we covered in Module 1 (including the Mastery Exercises) were designed to train you in how to create and maintain a positive vibration. I took so much time to train you on how to do this because you absolutely MUST be in your happy place before you even think about setting an intention or creating goals. Now that you ve cultivated the right energy, I will reveal exactly how to set a powerful intention for yourself with crystal clear, inspiring goals! Are you creating your dream life, or are you waiting (hoping) everything will just happen on its own? When I say create, I m talking about se7ng a powerful inten8on to achieve your inspiring goals. As you continue to put positive energy out into the Universe with this clear intention in your mind, that positive energy WILL come back to you (though often not the way you expect). 7

Living Life on Autopilot vs. Setting Your Intention If you started a journey with no directions and only a vague idea of where you wanted to get to You d probably wander around aimlessly Let s say you have an appointment on the other side of town, at a location you d never been to before And you get into your car without any directions on how to get there Think about the time wasted, the frustration Imagine how much LONGER it would take you to reach your destination if your weren t even sure where you were going Sounds pretty silly, right? Yet this is how many of us live our lives And it s just not worth it! What are the chances that you d arrive at your destination on time, if at all? Pretty much zero, right? 8

What s the solution to living life on auto-pilot without any goals? Before you do anything else, pinpoint the things about your life that you already know you want to change. Yet even if you know what you want to do, getting there without any directions is needlessly hard. Without a plan, you ll most likely spend so much precious time wandering through life not feeling happy or fulfilled and really truly wanting something different. but not knowing how to make that happen. Setting a clear intention will help you to Ø Start a new romantic relationship Ø Re-ignite the spark in your current relationship Ø Bring your friends or family closer together Ø Land a better-paying or more fulfilling job Ø Finally launch that business you ve been dreaming about Ø Get in the best shape of your life Ø Improve your health Ø Wake up feeling more energetic and alive Don t worry, today we ll get clear on what you really want, and then comes the exciting part. 9 Yep, then we ll develop your whole strategy, together.

Your Ultimate Success Roadmap Your first step is to set your intention using specific language. In other words, you need to publicly declare your intention with emotions of accomplishment, empowerment and absolute resolve With this type of strong intention, you WILL reach your target no matter what happens No matter how hard you try to force things to happen No matter how much time or energy you put into working hard towards your goals You will still get the best results when you also enlist the help of the Universe to take you to that next level. The Universe hears you, and suddenly you ll find that things begin to appear all around you that are aligned with your intention. 10 You ll find that ideas, people and opportunities appear, taking you from where you are now into the future you ve created with your intention.

11 When You Have A Clear Intention, The Universe Provides the People, Events, and Opportunities You Need: ² You overhear a conversation with a solution to a problem or challenge that s been standing in your way ² Extra money materializes from an unexpected or forgotten source ² You strike up a conversation with a stranger, only to discover they re the hiring manager for the dream company you ve always wanted to work for ² A friend approaches you with an amazing idea for an online business that you can run from anywhere, so that you can travel and work on your own terms (which is exactly what happened to me!) ² And many, many more ways just tune in to the Universe and listen! Once you set a clear intention and declare that publicly (which we ll get into in a little bit) You send a signal out into the Universe. As a response, you ll start to gain access to the resources you need to get you where you want to go. But you ll miss out if you re not looking out for them!

Set Your Intention Before you ever set any goals for yourself, you want to start by first setting an intention. An intention is an energetic statement that describes what success looks, feels and acts like in the area of your life you want to impact. It s really the big overarching WHY behind the goals you set. When we try set goals without a clear intention, we often lack direction and can end up with goals that are all over the place. There s a wonderful quote by Dr. Wayne Dyer that says: Our intention creates our reality. An intention is your long-term vision for the future. It s the big reason WHY you have your goals. Without a clear intention, when faced with challenges, we re also much more likely to 12 Get discouraged Lose our momentum Or even give up!

So what s the real difference between an intention and a goal? Your intention is the unseen energy and power behind your goals that keeps you focused on WHY you ve set these goals in the first place. An intention might be: I live my life in radiant health, filled with the boundless energy and vitality I need to enjoy life to the fullest. A goal is a concrete milestone that marks your progress as you move towards alignment with your intention. For the above intention, you could have many different goals, such as: Law of Attraction expert Bob Proctor says intention is your vision of the future: Vision is what you do with your life. Vision is the strategy behind the fulfillment of your purpose. You accomplish this strategy by creating several short-term goals to keep you on course. Basically, a goal lets you measure your progress. q Reach a specific target weight q Participate in a certain athletic event q Run a mile in under 6 minutes 13

Create Powerful Affirmations Your next step is to create positive, present tense affirmations around your goals, to help you stay motivated, like: ü I enjoy feeling healthy and strong ü I have the energy to play with my children ü I wake each day feeling happy and positive ü I am fit, toned and look great Choose Specific Actions Choose specific, measurable actions that bring your closer to your goals. Then we d create some specific actions based on your goals and affirmations, like: ü I exercise for 30 minutes, 5 days a week ü I plan nutritious meals each night for the next day ü I take my kids to the park and play a game with them once a week ü I write down 3 new things that I'm grateful for at the end of each day 14

Let s zoom out for a moment so that I can make sure you re clear on the big picture of how everything fits together. Our first step is to 1. Set an inspiring intention, a kind of energetic vision statement for the future you want to create. It s the starting point for any successful journey. Second we want to 2. Create clear goals, which are specific, concrete, measurable milestones that are aligned with your intention. Third, we want to 3. Create empowering affirmations positive, presenttense affirmations you say daily to reconnect you with your intention and help stay motivated towards achieving your goals. And finally we want to 4. Take inspired action towards hitting the milestones you ve laid out in your goals. 15

But first, let s zoom back in and work together to set an inspiring, powerful intention for the area of life that you most want to impact. Because just by setting a clear intention, you can invoke the help of Source, or the Universe, to complete any goal you set for yourself. And then we ll move right into creating some concrete goals for you to focus on for the rest of our time together here in The Ultimate Success Masterclass! Your intention is like a signal you are broadcasting to the Universe. When you start from a different intention, you ll often get different results, even if you re doing the same actions. 16

Setting An Intention Now first thing s first, let s make sure that we get into our Happy Place, because as we learned in Module 1, we must start from this place before setting an intention or creating any goals. So. How do you feel? Now if you re not feeling totally positive, that s great! But to make doubly sure that you re in your Happy Place, let s quickly perform one of the Daily Success Rituals from Module 1 Powerful 5-Minute Gratitude Exercise: 1. Find a peaceful quiet place, take a few deep breaths and try to be still, as best you can. You can close your eyes if you d like. 2. Think of at least one thing that you re grateful for today, right now, in your life. Get creative! Let s do a quick gratitude exercise, as explained to the right! 17

NOW how do you feel? Are you in your Happy Place? Isn t it amazing how something as simple as a little gratitude can create such a quick shift in your energy? Excellent now if you re still not feeling totally there I recommend continuing to find more things to be grateful for, or to complete some of the other Daily Success Rituals from Module 1. Ok, once you re in your Happy Place Let s set your intention! 18

How to Complete the Set Your Intention Worksheet Section 1: The area of my life I will impact over the course of The Ultimate Success Masterclass is No matter what you choose, you absolutely WILL experience unexpected results in other areas of your life too! Some popular choices are: Money & career perhaps you d like to feel completely fulfilled in your job, or experience a breakthrough in taking your income to the next level or starting that passion-based freedom business you ve always dreamed of Health which includes overall wellness, creating more energy and vitality or perhaps weight loss Love and relationships finding your soul mate or putting the spark back into your current relationship Friends and Family perhaps you d like to meet new people, create closer connections, or give back to your community Spirituality perhaps you want to create a stronger, more meaningful connection with the Universe or whatever YOU choose to call Source energy. 19

How to Complete the Set Your Intention Worksheet Section 2: My Intention Statement is Your intention is an energetic statement about the outcome you are seeking for your life. Your intention statement should be in the present tense So for example, instead of I will have all of the money I need you d go with something like I have all the money I need or I am wealthy and financially free. Do not include specifics on HOW you will make this intention happen This statement should be about the WHY, not the HOW. This is very important because the HOW can change. So think about your WHY and write this 1 to 2 sentence intention statement into section 2 on your Set Your Intention worksheet. An Example Intention Statement: I have all of the money I need to life my life to the fullest, with plenty left over. I have all of the resources I need to pursue my hobbies, spend time with my loved ones and volunteer for causes that I feel passionate about. 20

How to Complete the Set Your Intention Worksheet Section 3: My #1 GOAL I will achieve by Week 12 of The Ultimate Success Masterclass is Take a look at the intention you ve written down and think about HOW you are going to arrive at this future vision you ve intended for yourself. And remember Your goal must be specific and measurable For example, if your intention is to have all of the money you need to live life to the fullest, your #1 GOAL might be: Ø I earn $5,000 per month Ø I land my dream job Ø I pay off all my debt You must be 100% committed to achieving this goal within the next 11 weeks we have together I highly encourage you to set a BIG goal that inspires you! You don t have to know exactly how you re going to make the goal happen. I urge you to just trust for now that the people, resources and opportunities you need WILL manifest. Don t worry, I will walk you through everything in the upcoming modules. 21

How to Complete the Intention Declaration First, I encourage you to take a moment to sit with what you ve written on your Set Your Intention worksheet. Make notes, cross things out, add new things make whatever adjustments you need to make until you feel 100% happy with your final intention and goal statements. Next, you re going to record your final intention statement and #1 goal on your Intention Declaration (on the next page). Follow the instructions on your Intention Declaration. This is a formal agreement that you are making with yourself. But don t sign and date the bottom just yet. 23

I, (insert name) on (insert today s date) do hereby state my intention and give my personal promise to follow and implement each of the secrets and step-bystep strategies taught to me in Natalie Ledwell s Ultimate Success Masterclass program. I declare that the #1 area of my life that I most want to impact during my participation in the Ultimate Success Masterclass program is: My Intention in this area of my life is: The #1 goal in this area of my life, which I commit to achieving by the end of the Ultimate Success Masterclass program, is: I hereby declare to myself and the Universe: v v v v v v Whatever I can conceive and believe, I can achieve. There s a solution to every problem, even though I may not be aware of it yet. I have all of the support I need within The Ultimate Success Masterclass to overcome challenges and stay focused on my goal I just need to be willing to ask for help. I will live my Intention and achieve my #1 goal for myself and to be an inspiration to those I love. I am excited and empowered, fully knowing that I have everything I need inside me to fulfill my Intention and achieve my #1 goal. Failure is not an option and no matter what, I will succeed. (Your Name) (Date)

Once you ve filled it out except for your signature and dates at the very bottom, your next task is to read it out loud to yourself in the mirror. Before you being, make sure you re in your happy place! If not, take a moment to do a quick gratitude exercise or one of the other Daily Success Rituals to get your vibration up and buzzing. Before you sign and date this agreement with yourself, take a second to read the entire agreement read the Intention Declaration in FULL to yourself in your bathroom mirror or wherever else you have a mirror. Once you re in your Happy Place, read your entire Intention Declaration to yourself in a mirror. Don t be shy! Read it out loud, from top to bottom, at a decent volume. Because you re coming from that Happy Place, you will be resonating the right kind of energy out into the Universe, so that the Universe can reflect it back to you. 25

Once you ve read the whole sheet out to yourself in front of the mirror, you ll sign and date the bottom. Now, you may find at this point that your goal is slightly different than you thought it was going to be when you first registered for The Ultimate Success Masterclass! If this is the case, you may wish to update your profile details within your account by clicking on the My Profile tab at the top right of the page. I d also highly recommend that you look for an Accountability Partner a USM member who has listed the same or similar goal as you in their member profile. And that leads us right into the Module 2 recap and then this week s Mastery Exercises! 26

How to Complete "Set Your Intention" Worksheet You ll need to complete this before you move on to the next Module. 6. How to Complete "Intention Declaration You ll need to complete this before you move on to the next Module. 27

Mastery Exercise 1: Continue Writing In Your Gratitude Journal Each Night Each night, write down at least 5 things that you re grateful for in the form of a gratitude statement. For example: I am grateful I had time to appreciate the smell of fresh cut grass at lunchtime today. I m grateful for the nice conversation I had with the cute guy in front of me in line today. I am grateful that my friend sent me that funny text when I felt down. Remember, these can be large or small things, it doesn t matter. The important thing is to focus on things in your life that make you feel grateful. 28

Mastery Exercise 2: Continue To Perform At Least Two Daily Success Rituals Each Day Things like: o A random act of kindness o Offer a compliment or words of encouragement to someone o Watch an episode of The Inspiration Show at www.theinspirationshow.com o Exercise o Play like a child o Give yourself some me time o Volunteer for a cause that s important to you Turning your Daily Success Rituals into a habit each day will continue to flex and strengthen your mental muscles for creating and maintaining a positive high vibration. 29

Mastery Exercise 3: Complete the Set Your Intention Worksheet and Intention Declaration If you ve finished these already, great! If not, make sure you start from your Happy Place, then go through the steps we went over today to fill each one out. Remember to read your entire Intention Declaration out loud to yourself in front of a mirror, before you sign and date the bottom! Then stick it somewhere you ll see every day! Super Mastery Exercise Now, as I mentioned earlier, one of the secrets to creating a powerful intention that ripples out into the Universe and attracts resources to help you get there is to publicly declare your intention! So if you d like to increase the strength of the intention you re sending out into the Universe, I highly recommend that you click on the forum tab from within your account and go into the Module 2 message board and Ø Share your intention statement and your #1 goal with your fellow USM students.
