Aboard the former USS Intrepid Aircraft Carrier, these leaders will address the importance of the future generation of global leaders to work together on cutting edge innovation and ventures. Experience Zero Gravity with Buzz Aldrin - Fundraiser Aboard the Zero G Plane, La Guardia Airport - April 18, 2010 On July 20, 1969, Buzz Aldrin set foot on the moon. Forty years later, Buzz Aldrin and Space Adventures are teaming up to give a select few guests the chance to experience the same weightless feeling Buzz felt while exploring the frontiers of space. All net proceeds from this once-in-a- lifetime opportunity will go to support the Kairos Society, a 501c3 not-for-profit organization founded to unite the brightest young leaders and to fuel the innovations for a better tomorrow. Using the same aircraft that NASA astronauts use to train for Zero G in space, participants will embark on a two hour flight from NYC, during which they will float, flip, and soar alongside Buzz as if they were in space with him. Participants will experience Martian weight, then lunar weight, and then the ultimate experience of weightlessness!
