He is also responsible for the technical content and methodology for all ATDI consultancy projects. Cyprien works as a senior Consultant to major organisations such as British MoD, several European spectrum regulators and other key accounts. In addition, Cyprien oversees the day-to-day management of the company and drives the specification, development and management of existing and new products. 2008-2009 Technical Director Cyprien managed the technical aspects of the quality assurance system, and was responsible for the technical content and methods for all consultancy projects. 1996-2008 Product Manager Cyprien managed the portfolio of civil products, including the marketing mix, control of specification and product support; this encompassed running user groups.
