Montclair, NJ 07043 ADDENDUM NO. 2 Request for Proposal # 1144 Digital Printing Services and Photocopying June 17, 2014 Date of Original Bidding Documents: May 16, 2014 Addendum No. 1: June 10, 2014 INTENT: This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the Original Bidding Documents and Prior Addenda, if any, as identified above. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject Bidder to disqualification. I. Points of Information: Question 1: Are there a number of jobs that are picked up daily or weekly? Answer: The University cannot provide an exact number. The number of jobs that require pick-up varies based on the need of the various departments on campus. Question 2: Is there a certain place the orders are picked up? Answer: Please refer to the RFP, Section 3, Scope of Services, page 11 Pickup and Delivery. There is no central pick up location on campus. The bidder awarded the contract must be meet the requirement to go to the various offices on campus, when necessary, to pick up the jobs. Question 3: Proofs, you state that proofs are the responsibility of the bidder. I know it s not normal, but will there be Digital Printing or Photocopying that requires typesetting? Answer: Montclair State will handle all typesetting. Question 4: Page 39. Items 4-9, are the ink color black or multi-color? Digital Printing Services and Photocopying Page 1 of 4

Question 5: Page 40. Item 20 & 21, the bindings cost varies by size. Should we propose pricing for all sizes? Question 6: Also pricing may vary by quantity, is there an average size order/job that are bound? Question 7: Page 40. Item 23 (Staple), again price may vary based on size of job. Stapling could also be completed differently based on size, based on both number of pages as well as number of copies to be stapled, and is there an average size order that can be used to price? Question 8: Pages 39 & 40. Items 12, 13, 14, 15 & 24. - Are there samples available? Answer: The University has removed these items, Envelopes and Tabs from Schedule A, Pricing Sheet. Question 9: Page 39. Can you please provide 6 months of usage for 12-15? Answer: The University has removed the envelopes from Schedule A, Pricing Sheet. Question 10: Page 39. Items, 13-15 stated 1-color. What is the color Black or the PMS200? Question 11: Page 9, Section 3, Paragraph 2 States that envelopes are excluded from the scope of RFP. However, Page 39, Attachment #5, Items 12 thru 15 are specific to envelopes. Is the pricing requested for the physical envelope or just the "Imprinting" of client supplied envelopes? Answer: The University has removed envelopes from the RFP. Question 12: Page 9, Section 3, and Paragraph 5 Approximately how many Pickup/Delivery points will there be? Will Pickups/Deliveries be on set schedule? If yes, how man Pickups/Deliveries will be required daily? Answer: Please refer to question 2. Question 13: Page 39, Attachment 5, Items 4 thru 9 Are these to be considered "Color" copies or black & white? Digital Printing Services and Photocopying Page 2 of 4

Question 14: Page 40, Attachment 5, Items 22 thru 24 The Unit Price requested is either Job or Set, however, these are quantity driven. Can this be priced as "Each"? Answer: Please see the revised pricing sheet. Specialty Services are to be priced as Set. Question 15: Page 40, Attachment #5: Item #24 are these recess 1/2" recess Tabs\Dividers or just heavy stock? Answer: The University has removed tabs from the RFP. Question 16: Items 3 & 10 is comparable house stock acceptable? Answer: No. Question 17: Item 11 states AQ coating. AQ is not available with digital equipment. Answer: The University has removed this requirement from the RFP. Question 18: If items 16, 17 and 21 needs to be produced outside the 10 mile radius requirement is that okay if noted in response?
