Denis Mockler Assistant Treasurer Geoffrey Webb In the over 7 years that I have been on the Board of the SMSA, initially as Treasurer and subsequently as the Assistant Treasurer, there has been a substantial improvement in the financial reserves of the SMSA. This has enabled the organisation to provide improved services for our members and to increase the scope of our activities within our Charter, including opening the Tom Keneally Centre. As chair of the Governance Committee, the procedures we have put in place and the ongoing review of the Board s processes have ensured that the Board has always acted in a proper manner.
