(the Company ) issued a press release announcing that Ms. Lila J. Snyder had been appointed to the Company s Board of Directors on August 27, 2018. Ms. Snyder will serve on the Company s Audit Committee and its Finance and Investment Committee, and her term as director will continue until the 2019 annual meeting of shareholders. Ms. Snyder will receive the standard independent director compensation, including an annual cash retainer of $95,000 and an annual equity grant valued at $140,000, prorated for the current annual term based on the date of her appointment. Ms. Snyder is the EVP and President, Commerce Services for Pitney Bowes, Inc. With Ms. Snyder s appointment the Company s Board of Directors has eleven members, ten of whom are independent.
