Criminal Mischief to Automobiles in the 1500 block of Darby Road on 4/8 @ 1635 hours victim reports that an unknown person broke the rear passenger window on his vehicle. Narcotics at Maryland and Eagle Roads on 4/8 @ 1304 hours while on a vehicle stop for tinted windows, an officer detected an odor of burnt marijuana. Vandalism at Paddock Park (200 block of W. Hillcrest Ave.) on 4/12 @ 0909 hours during a check of the park, an officer discovered a picnic table that was burnt. Narcotics in the unit block of W. Benedict Avenue on 4/11 @ 1728 hours police responded to the above location for illegal drug activity. A Pennsylvania State Constable was following a car in which the driver was smoking illegal drugs. Phillip Byrd, B/M/34, 5300 block of Stiles Street, Philadelphia was arrested and charged with DUI, Small Amount of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Suspicious Incident in the 600 block of Paddock Road on 4/13 @ 1355 hours victim reports while home, two unknown W/F s, mid twenties knocked on her door. Homeowner did not answer and they entered her home thru an unlocked rear door. Homeowner confronted the female, who stated they were there to clean the house. Homeowner had not employed any house cleaning services. Subjects left the area without incident, investigation continues. Identity Theft in the unit block of N. Belfield Avenue on 4/13 @ 1722 hours victim reports that an unknown subject filed a tax return under her identity. Fraud in the 200 block of Clamar Avenue on 4/14 @ 1242 hours victim reports that that he paid a company named onlineresolve.com money to fix his email account. Site is unfounded. Identity Theft in the 100 block of Brookline Blvd. on 4/14 @ 1432 hours victim reports that an unidentified subject filed a tax return in his name. Identity Theft in the 200 block of N. Morgan Avenue on 4/14 @ 2208 hours - victim reports that an unidentified subject filed a tax return in his name. Attempted Burglary in the 100 block of Washington Avenue on 4/14 @ 1743 hours victim reports that an unknown subject attempted to enter her vacant house.
