Over 70 merit badge and High Adventure programs! We have our MB Class Registration system with a company called Tentaroo. There are a few little tricks so we thought it may be helpful if we put together this guide to help get you through in the most efficient manner. Payment Instructions To make a payment online with a credit card please click Pay other amount in the middle of the screen. Add the amount you wish to pay and click SAVE. Page 2 11
The Red Bar will pop up There are changes or payments for this Even in your Cart. The Green CHECKOUT TAB will change from a lighter Green to a Darker Green and a Shopping Cart will show you have an item in your cart. On this screen you will need to enter the street address, city, state and zip code that is related with the card. We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. Page 3 11
Here is where you will enter your credit card info. You will need to click PLACE ORDER. You will receive a receipt along with the Council. So if you see this screen you will need to make a payment before you can register your youth for MB Classes. Page 4 11
Merit Badge Class Instructions Before your week opens for MB Scheduling and you have paid your 1 st Installment for ALL your youth. You will need enter all you youth and adults under Manage My Group,. When you click on Manage My Group this screen pops up or a blank screen with Add Participant in Green. If you have names to add click on the (+) sign to add your new participant names. You will need to make sure you exciting participants and new participants have Birthdates and Gender Entered for both Youth and Adults. Page 5 11
When you add a new participant here is the screen you will see. You will need to click Complete at the bottom of the page when done with each one. When your week opens for MB Scheduling and you have paid your 1 st Installment for ALL your youth and have entered all you youth and adults under Manage My Group. You will need to click on Your Week # from the home page and this will take you to the Financial page. From here you will need to scroll down to Add Participants. Page 6 11
Select participant name and click next! This is where Birthdate and Gender are required. Verify information! Then click Next! Page 7 11
Here is where you will see the MB Classes. Remember they are in Alphabetical order BY PERIOD! This is where the Magnifying Glass will come in handy. After you click on the Magnifying Glass a SEARCH bar will appear! Here you can type in the MB you are searching for. Once you find the class and the period you are wanting click the GREEN Add Class button. Page 8 11
The MB will move to the Right side of the page. You can then type in another class in the SEARCH bar and repeat each step until all classes are added. Page 9 11
Once you have finished their Schedule click the next button. You will need to click complete, so you can go back to the Financial page and check out. IF YOU DO NOT CHECKOUT AFTER EACH YOUTH, YOU MAY LOSE THEIR CLASSES. This is a time sensitive system! No class fees are due currently. Make sue the $0.00 Pay Minimum required amount is checked. Keep following all these steps until all your youth and adult s MB classes have been entered. Page 10 11
Checkout Instructions Always make sure your CART is empty before you Log Off. If not, please click Check out and follow the steps from the previous pages. Remember that nothing is saved until your cart is EMPTY! Page 11 11
