School Corner The Gymnasium Ball 2017 The Gymnasium Ball was on 17th February. It is an annual party for third class gymnasium students. Before the party eager students danced a polonaise dance. The arrangements started in the beginnings of the school year in 2016. Students had been training the polonaise dance one day in a week. The choreography was prepared by P.E teachers. After the polonaise dance students went to the canteen for a meal. Students sat on their class s table. Bavarian pork and mashed potatoes with compote was served first. There were also sweets and sandwiches on the table. After the treat students went to the dance floor. The windows in the corridor were covered with dark curtains with white stars on them. On the ceiling there were colourful ribbons and a disco ball. In the end of the corridor there was a scene with DJ s equipment and lights. The music was mostly a club music. There was also a disco polo music and old classics mixed together. Students could go to the canteen anytime to take a break, drink or have a snack. There was also a second meal hamburger. The ball was meant to end at 10 p.m. Students didn t want to go home and they screamed for more. Unfortunately, it had to be the end. The ball won t be forgotten.
